Unprofessional and poor service.
2 separate occasions. First my mum had wrongly brought a very large amount of black fondant. Contacted them within an hour to explain and refused point blank to offer assistance, exchange or refund. Wad a regular customer up to this point. Then had blocked me on all their social media platforms.
1 year later, tried their services again afew times to be met with Unprofessional and rude customer service. Then due to covid19 and a situation out of my control and unfortunately not been able to collect a £2.55 topper all services refused. No statement of this in their T & C (if you fail to collect a personalised item you'll be refused future service).
