They seem very well made and nicely designed.
They are quite thick - so may not be the one for those with hot nadgers.

The boxer shorts are ok but the webpage is a minefield to try and work out what you actually pay for the boxers. It felt like a bit of a trap after the first trial pair. As they just start arriving with no receipt for what you actually paid. Easy enough to cancel though. Shame as if they weren't so slippery with marketing I think more people would return to buy more but now I'm cautious I don't get suckered into another monthly subscription I won't return.

The shipping went great and the underwear is the highest quality I have ever seen a real recomendation.

Customer service is disgusting and they are just money grabbers. Id avoid at all costs. £25 for 1 pair of skimpy undies they refuse you to unsubscribe untill they have taken 3 months £75 later 3 pairs of undies. Disgusting they refuse to refund.

Absolute nightmare experience. I signed up for a trial, but they didn’t even send the first product until a month later. By then, I had already requested a cancellation because I didn't want their items. Despite my account showing as "Inactive," they continued to bombard me with aggressive payment reminders.
They eventually sent me "Reminder #6," threatening me with outrageous collection costs and debt reporting over a measly £12.99 subscription that I already cancelled. This company isn't for you to try their products; it’s designed to force you to pay. Save yourself the stress and your money—DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

They say you get free underwear but you become a member and every month almost 13euro goes of your account. When you want to cancel, you still have to pay extra. Quality of the boxers are great but customer service and respect is not existing. Dumbs down

There is practically no customer support or anyone who responds to problems.
If the debit doesn't work, you're threatened with losing your shop credit.
There is no way to pay an open invoice outside of the saved payment setting.
No response after repeated requests for response.
now lost credit, lost membership.
and now I should be happy about the offer to reactivate the account. but from 190 euros credit to 0 euros...
no thanks, I'm deleting my account.

OTA boxers are probably the most comfortable boxers I’ve worn, and the designs are genuinely crisp so it’s defo one of my fav brands. Plus I look great in them 💪

I am happy overall fit great and lovely quality but very misleading putting an advert out that says join now and get extra pair free what you are not told is second pair will come after first payment, I do intend to continue subscription but a bit more clarity would have been nice

I stuck with On That Ass purely to build up loyalty credit and save towards something decent, but honestly it’s been a waste of time.
Anything actually worth buying in the shop is never in stock. I’ve been checking regularly for months, so this isn’t a one-off issue—it’s constant. It gives the impression that stock is deliberately kept low so people don’t cash out their credit. Because the moment you cancel, you lose everything you’ve built up, which makes you hesitate to leave. That doesn’t sit right.
On top of that, the boxers themselves are pretty average at best. The material isn’t very breathable, which is the bare minimum you expect. I’ve since switched to bamboo boxers and the difference is night and day—proper airflow, sweat-wicking, and just more comfortable overall.
Then there’s the pricing in the loyalty shop… €75 for a t-shirt and €100 for a basic sweatshirt (not even a hoodie) is ridiculous. Especially when you can get better quality elsewhere for a fraction of that—around £30 for a decent tee.
In the end, I cancelled. Between the constant out-of-stock items, questionable quality, and inflated prices, it just isn’t worth sticking around.

They have a Term and condition that you pay for next months boxers in advance, and there's a 1 month cancellation period, so when you cancel your subscription they force you to pay for next months. This can be solved however by switching you payment method to PayPal (or an empty PayPal account) to stop them from taking money out. They will then claim you owe them money for the boxers they haven't given you and send hollow threats of reminder fees blah blah blah. This policy goes against the consumer rights act 2016 so if they ever message you about fees and stuff you can just ignore them. So to truly cancel your subscription, just change to an empty payment method and ignore them (they won't let you close your account until you pay them). After about a month of emails they eventually gave up and closed my account

The quality of the material is exceptional. I am highly satisfied with the fit and comfort of this product, and I will certainly be placing another order.

Hi,
I would like to cancel my membership now. But I doesn't show on the website. It is misleading to say after 14days of delivery but when you cancel, It says after 3 months. I became a member few minutes ago and I don't need the free bralette and hipster anymore.

Horrible account management. Every email thai i have was signed as already used. If a buyer was willing to pay, this would have put them off as I did.

Signed up for the trial period. Picked a design. Through the post I received a completely different design and they were also socks, not boxer shorts. Fair to say I swiftly cancelled.
