Ive used ontactkorea for a year now, at first being new to using any sort of kaddy i was very nervous and being as they are so many out there i didn't know whom to use, out of all the ones i have trialed i loved ontactkorea the most. Their customer service is fantastic they have great communication and are super helpful, they really make you feel at ease, once i had a parcel show up with no space code due to the seller and i was worried it would be lost but nope, they managed to find it within a couple hours of me contacting them and helped to me understand what to do if the situation ever arises again! as for the storage and process of using the website its unbelievably easy even with holidays and backlogs i feel from my experience when consolidating its always super quick and again i use the word easy. ive recommend ontactkorea to a few people i know and they said exactly the same they also love that they have a super cute instagram page where they upload very often and the staff is super quirky! as for receiving my parcels, I've never had a single item damaged they always pack super well and take extremely good care of your items and being some can be very fragile its somthing ive very greatful for but they arrive perfectly every time for me and it gives you various options for deliverly services i myself opt for fedex and it arrives within 3-5 days max.
