Product very high quality
Had a delivery issue but was dealt with promptly (be sure to clarify when ordering what type of deliver ie white glove vs pallet)

I bought an Eames Lounge Chair and Footstool from Onske over three years ago. It had a problem, we contacted Martina and she resolved it. On looking at the website again for something else I saw the reviews and felt like sharing my experience, which was all positive.

The products are not good quality. My chair split and the company didn’t take responsibility to replace it. Instead they said to take it to local furniture repair! I do not recommend this company and will never buy again.

Have been looking for high quality wishbone chairs for ages and finally found what I was looking for at Onske.
These chairs are very well crafted with a great finish and look amazing!

Given that Onske haven’t put my review on their website where I originally put it, so I’ll post it here as well to give people a better balance.
The company was good to deal with, delivery was okay. The chair looks the part and the leather and wood looks very good. There are plenty of replicas of these chairs out there, most cheaper than Onske. I went for Onske as I believed they would offer a higher quality replica as expressed by them.
Unfortunately one of the most important contingents of the chair receives a tangible lack of attention in the production. The foam and batting used in the cushions is cheap and of poor quality. It is especially noticeable in the main seat cushion and the lower back cushion. When sat, it feels hard under on your rear. The metal clip that is attached to the chair back to hold the lower back cushion can be felt digging into my back, really quite painful after a while.
I have had to remove the metal clip and also add extra batting to the lower back cushion which has improved it. Not sure what to do about the main seat cushion. I will probably get all the cushions re-filled by an upholsterer with better quality foam and batting, for it to have any longevity.

Bought a 217 office chair in aniline leather. A very beautiful and comfortable chair with solid functional elements and a high quality leather. The company helped me book a visit by appointment to the Sussex warehouse/showroom to view the chair. Very happy with the product and the service.

Recently purchased a Lobby ES 104 Style Office Chair in full leather. The purchase was for my son’s studio and we wished to see the chair before purchase so we arranged a visit to Onske’s warehouse. Martine invited us and it was an excellent experience, the chair fitted the bill perfectly, both comfortable and stylish with beautiful tan leather and a black metal frame. Martine was a brilliant host and answered all the questions we had. She gave us additional packing material to ensure we were able to safely secure it in the car. Altogether excellent product and service.

My old Eames replica (EA 117) broke so needed a new one. Looked around, was let down by a few with stock issues but then found Onske. Bit the bullet and ordered (13:12). Risk as hadn't heard of them before. Chair came the next day (09:25), much better quality than my one from before and in perfect condition (brilliantly packed). Thanks again all at Onske.

Ordered some stools for my kitchen which arrived super fast and really well packaged.

I have had a successful sales business for 35 years and I can honestly say that Onske UK is the worst Company I have ever dealt with. I wrote for some simple after sales assistance on 16/2/22 to Martina, the sales co- ordinator and owner. I have now spoken to 6 members from their call centre who have assured me that they have chased Martina, yet to no avail. My follow up emails have also been ignored !! Martina cannot be reached. Unbelievable. Do not deal with this Company.

Received six oak soap washed wishbone chairs this morning and couldn’t be happier! Arrived within the hour slot provided on a day at my convenience in perfect condition. Each chair was individually protected and boxed. The quality of these chairs is well worth the extra money compared to cheaper replica wishbone chairs on the market. Customer service was great too with prompt responses to questions asked. I would highly recommend Onske furniture.

I would have given 4 stars except I believe a company is only as good as their customer service, sadly onske seem to have a very stand offish, and smug approach in that respect... Also you cannot speak regarding anything of great use or need unless they are doing so from behind the curtain, this can feel quite dismissive and abrupt when you're asking genuine concerns as a consumer....
Delivery and product came as ordered and in good time, I would order again but would not be my first choice due to customer service i wouldn't like to have an issue and be faced with that approach... Its abit frightening as an online buyer.... But I do have confidence in their order and delivery process.

Simply brilliant. Dealt with Martina with a query about the 670 Eames replica. Prompt reply phone call, followed by photographs and an invitation to head to their warehouse to view the product (as I live fairly local).

Travelled down and ended up leaving with the chair. Couldn't be happier, chair is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for - quality is amazing. Certainly scratched my itch for an Eames without the eye watering price tag of a licenced European made replica.

Can't recommend highly enough, so nice to deal with real people who just show the product and allow you to make your own mind up. Now I know where they are I will definitely be a return customer.

I have been trying to order a two seater Barcelona chair. I have rang them at least 5 times over the last month or so. I have also e mailed them and got no response. I keep being told by their sales staff that they have marked my enquiry urgent. They give the impression that they are a one man band. I have even lodged a complaint and heard nothing. I am loath to spend thousands of pounds on their products if they cannot respond to a simple enquiry. They have no one you can speak to or a complaints dept, other than a sales team member, who tells you to e mail them (which I did). Worst customer care I have ever come across! Be warned.

very happy with my 200cm tulip oval table arabascato. was concerned buying such a large purchase sight unseen online but the table arrived quickly and the delivery service was great, two men to deliver, unpack, assemble table. The quality of the table and marble is great especially considering price comparison with real version. I would recommend.

I'm delighted with my Ball chair purchase from Onske. It is absolutely stunning, the build quality seems to be fantastic and Martina was very helpful. Can't stop smiling when I look at it, it's a stunning design.
There was a bit of a lead time but it was worth every second. I'll definitely be buying from Onske again!

Martina was really helpful. We ordered a marble top tulip dining table online. When the first table arrived broken in transit she immediately arranged a replacement which arrived 48 hours later. Also answered all our questions both on line and by phone. Would highly recommend.
