Great experience
Initially, I was skeptical because it was just a cold call, and I was unsure as ONS Energy had only recently incorporated in March. I thought they might be scammers. However, they quickly won me over by addressing my concerns and offering to work for free on my portfolio if they couldn't show results in 2 weeks. They explained that suppliers often overlook customers, as they have got so many of them which reassured me.
ONS Energy consolidated our entire portfolio under one supplier, resulting in a single group invoice. We had previously been scammed by another broker and were wary of brokers in general, but ONS Energy changed my perspective. They managed a complex change of tenancies with eight different suppliers, a task we had struggled with for over a year.
We were stuck with a broker who placed us in a high-rate contract, and our supplier directed us back to the broker, resulting in no progress. ONS Energy resolved this issue in two months, dealing with poor customer service and complaints from the supplier that we couldn’t manage. They were transparent about their commission and provided their services without any hidden charges. I am very satisfied with the new contract and savings, and they now manage our entire portfolio. Highly recommended!
