I came across ON ROAD PROPERTY introductions on YouTube. Kim Wong represents every detail from homeowner’s perspective, and also analyses the surrounding environment and amenities with true professional insight. It makes you feel as if you are actually there. His rich, well-researched information helped me a lot in making my purchasing decisions, saving me from countless hours of aimless searching.
His advice on properties is honest and balanced. He highlights the positives but also honestly point out the negatives. That’s sincerity made me feel that this real estate agency truly values integrity.
I shared my housing preferences and needs with Kim, and he quickly recommended several properties for me. Honestly, I was happy with every single one. In the end he helped me find the ideal home - he remembered that my family and I prefer using public transport so he chose a place with a transit hub just six minutes away.
