Hardly anything is in stock
Horrible site. Most sizes are forever out of stock and ever since I returned my products and got a gift card as refund, I haven't been able to use it. I don't recommend purchasing from them.
AVOID. Poor fit, long delays and awful customer service
Took ages to arrive. Products, it is utterly awful! I sent pictures to the customer service team to show the fit and they said that I was the problem yet. I am a regular UK size 8. I never have an issue getting close to fit. Customer service has been extremely slow and unresponsive. I only got a response to my emails After chasing them publicly on Instagram and Facebook I’m still going back-and-forth with them now because they are not helping return the items. I completely got misled by seeing lovely photos on Instagram, they clearly are not accurate. I cannot wear the products and they won’t accept responsibility for the issue

Scammers
I returned the product because it was damaged, the size was too small and it had very cheap materials. I got in touch through email (the only way) and they accepted to pick up the order and then make a refund.
The point is that I have been waiting for one month and the refund has never reached. Also, they stopped replying my emails.
Please don't even think about shopping in this site, the products are bad and extremely expensive, and the costumer service is awful, they're scammers.
I wish I could leave zero stars instead of one.
Bad quality and sizing
Their S size is huge, it fits rather like an M which makes me think that the pictures they have online on those thin models are fake. I usually wear an XS or S but the leggings and bras that I ordered were way too big. The quality is awful, very thin and see through. You can't work out in these clothes. I wish I would've read reviews about how bad their quality is before wasting money on them.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I returned a bikini and Correos tried to deliver the package but seems no one was at the distribution centre to receive it (never happened to me something like this before). I contacted Onne Customer Service and it’s been already 2 weeks trying to get the brand to help me retrieving the parcel, as they were meant to call Correos but they are now ignoring me.

They are such a shame! When you make an exchange you have to pay shipping costs. Is it my fault if their size are so bad?! Quality is bad too.

This company is a joke
When I saw ONNE’s prices, I expected high quality, but it definitely wasn’t there.
First off, the shipping took forever. I bought two swimsuits, the confirmation email said it would take around a week for my package to arrive, but it came six weeks late.
The sizes are also ridiculous, I’m a size 6-8 so I thought size M would be perfect, but I can barely fit in it. Now, their biggest size is an L, so if you’re more than a size 8 you can’t buy from them.
Also, I noticed they always delete negative comments under their posts.
This company is a joke.
Badly cut
The order and the delivery were simple and fast but the product isn’t as good as expected. The colours are nice and the material is okay but the bikini is badly cut. The top is too lose and the shoulder strap is super long (even after some retouch). The bottom is okay.
To sum up, it’s expensive for the bad cut, even if the colours, materials and service are as expected.

It's a fraud. If you need to make a refund they will stop to reply to your emails and there is no a phone number to call.
I paid the shipping to send back the product for a refund and they completely disappeared.
We are going to make a claim to The European Anti-Fraud Office.
Pls if you get frauded too do the same so the Police can stop them.

I received a long list of different excuses as to why they did not arrive.
When they finally arrived - I am a size 8 and ordered a M just incase. They did not fit. They run so small a size M is like a size 6. Cheap fabric. You can also see through it.
You also have to pay for your return.
The company makes it impossible for you to return.
They delete any negative comments on Instagram.
The company is a huge fraud.
Use Alo Yoga instead.

I refused to pay customs because they wanted to charge me 50% (Yep no word of a lie here). And so the courier company they sent items with, returned it to them, and they claim to not have it. They have stopped replying to my emails when I conveniently show them its been delivered and now I still dont have a refund. Going to have to escalate to claims fraud with my bank.
This company is awful
This company is awful. After purchasing online I received an email an hour later saying my purchase was 'at customs' and needed my passport/ID number to go through. I didn't want to give this as it seemed extremely suspicious, as the package was supposedly from Spain which doesn't require ID numbers when sending to the UK. They then said the package had been returned and I had to give my passport/ID number if I wanted the product. I would not have made this purchase had I known this would be necessary, as I suspect this company sells its customers' data. I believe this also because I started receiving lots of spam emails just days after making the purchase, when previous I received none.

I can by no means reccomand to shop at this site, though it looks great from the website and the instagram.
I received 2 pairs of shorts that I purchased. When they arrived they were in really bad quality and are totally see through. They are also shorter than on the pictures.
Apparently they do not do returns but only give you a code to shop another low quality piece at their website, note: if your parcel that you pay to send back, will get to them.
Save your money and go somewhere else.
Unfortunate
Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive note here either.
Two months ago I ordered 3 sets. When two weeks later still nothing was in my mailbox, I promptly received an email which confirmed that the bikinis would be shipped within the next two weeks, early enough to bring them on my vacation.
Sadly, this did not work out. instead, I got an email that a top, which I had already paid for!!!, was sold out and it would take some days until they were back in stock. Now they gave me 3 options to choose from:
- send the items which were ready for shipping and send the missing top later
- wait a few more days and then it would all come together
or
- choose another item
As my 3-week vacation was already over, I decided to wait.
Surprise - one week later I again received an email from management, that I had to choose a different item after all.
I am still waiting for my bikinis...
Now they asked me for my passport nr. for their shipping company, which I think is very suspicious.
Still hope they will arrive and be worth the wait, price, and inconveniences.

They did arrive, after a long wait.
+ They are very cute and comfortable. I like to wear them as they are flattering.
- Sewing work is not the best, there are some loose threads and unsightly seams.
