We use cutting-edge AI to translate legalese into plain language, identify concerning clauses, and help you understand the whole picture better so that you can negotiate better terms. Our mission is to empower everyday people with clarity and confidence when signing contracts, leases, terms of service, and other legal documents. We believe you shouldn't need a law degree to understand what you're signing. Legal documents are deliberately complex and full of jargon, creating an imbalance of power that favors institutions over individuals. Important disclaimer: While our AI is sophisticated and continually improving, onmyterms.fyi is not a substitute for legal advice from a qualified attorney. For critical legal matters or high-stakes agreements, we always recommend consulting with a legal professional.

Incredibly Accurate and Time-Saving

I’ve been using this legal document analysis AI for the past few months, and it has completely transformed how I handle contracts and compliance documents. As a small business owner without a full-time legal team, I needed something reliable to flag risks, suggest improvements, and explain legal jargon in plain English — this tool does all of that and more.

The AI quickly identifies clauses that might be unfavorable or non-standard, and even highlights missing elements compared to typical contract templates. It's especially useful when reviewing NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.

The interface is clean, and the explanations are surprisingly clear — it doesn't just spit out legalese but actually interprets it in a way that makes sense. It’s like having a junior lawyer on call 24/7.

Of course, I still consult with a human lawyer for final decisions on big deals, but this tool significantly reduces the time and cost involved. Highly recommend it to startups, freelancers, and small firms looking for smarter document review.
