Well we'll well, the reviews dont lie and in this case proves how crap revo performance are!!! Second time i have ordered a part from you that has failed and is clearly a design fault!! But been told you do not stock the item no more!!

AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS THEIR PARTS DO NOT LAST!!!!

The worst customer service customer service ever!!!!
Ordered for christmas 2025 and received end of January 2026. Tried to cancel and they said they were behind because of all of the orders and they only have a small manufacturing plant in So Calif. found out they are maid in China. DON'T BUY!

I recommend this service to anyone. Very fast callout, cheap price, and very helpful and friendly tyre fitter called Max was amazing. Couldn't fault on bit of my experience. Thank you so much.

ANDREI thank you so much for your very professional service , My bmw 5 series m sport got punctured mid night i rang andrie and told him it’s low profile tyre 20 inches which were hard to get hold of due to shortage of stock but andrei arranged it for me and at midnight and came to garage within 10 minutes i was ever so thankful he saved us staying in that cold night and half an hour my car was ready , Very professional and respectful i will recommend to everyone in my area :) thank you andrei

I contacted REVO to see if they could assist with a Stage 1 map compatibility issue (basically there are several different brands of ECU's installed by vehicle manufacturers) and I am very pleased to say they produced the specifics required for my ECU, sent it to their recommended approved installer and the difference is night and day on a VW 2.0 TDI - Great customer service and an excellent value for money real world performance upgrade that you simply must have!

Absolutely awful customer service. Had my VW remapped by them only to discover it was causing the car to fail emissions on the MOT test. Once removed, it passed immediately. Company don’t care about customers or quality and would rather sell a product that is ILLEGAL for road use! Would never use again!

I had my Skoda Octavia RS (TDI 184) tuned and the difference is brilliant, absolutely transformed the engine - it drives like a stock car until you put your foot down, then there is a really noticeable gain in power but the delivery is best described as OEM+, smooth but far sportier once your foot gets planted. If driving normally around town it maintains the same smoothness and delivery as stock. The stock performance was very depressing and 1st/2nd gear felt sluggish, and left me very disappointed in the car, no longer!

Generally speaking REVO are one of the best tuners for the VAG group without a shadow of a doubt, and the method in which they develop tunes automatically writes off the majority of other tuners on the market (in my humble opinion). When they develop a program, the development team test it across a variety of cars through a variety of dealers - including in different countries with different weather which can make a significant different IAT wise, and therefore to performance.

Recently, I was having a software problem related to rail pressure. I tried to contact Revo many times, and I wanted Revo to update my rail pressure value or I was ready to upgrade / update my software, but they did not even reply this or help me! Never work with Revo once again!

I purchased a Revo carbon air intake for my Leon via one of Revo's authorised resellers - and unfortunately it arrived with a small manufacturing defect. Having had Revo's software and hardware on my cars in the past I knew this wasn't their usual standard, and lets be honest these things happen to every company now and again - so I reached out to their sales/customer service email to see if I could get it exchanged

Their support was outstanding - Steve at Revo (European Sales Manager) responded almost immediately, asking for the usual details of place of purchase etc and some supporting photos. Within the day he'd arranged a free courier collection of the faulty intake direct from my doorstep, and 2 days later an absolutely immaculate replacement arrived at my house (plus a little something for the trouble, which was an unexpected and very kind bonus)

Absolutely textbook customer service - wouldn't hesitate to continue buying their products in future!

I purchased and installed the carbon fiber full air intake by Revo local dealer. When I removed the carbon lid for cleaning, the outlet was found decomposed by the hose clamp. I contacted the local dealer and Revo Asia & Oceania, they went dead after I send pictures of the damages to them.
The quality of Revo carbon lid is far below OE basic standard and the company doesn’t provide any after-sales assurance.
Now, I’m thinking to replace my Revo Stage 1 with APR to get peace of mind.

Very good service from start to finish. Extremely informative about map I was getting which gave me a peace of mind. Quality company which puts a lot of time and effort into cars and certainly knows what they are doing. Will definitely be getting more Revo products soon. Would recommend to anyone who is hesitant on going for a map to there car, rest assure Revo has got you covered for a top quality service.

Running Revo Stage 1 Software on my R32 Golf. There is a night an day difference between the custom map that had been installed previously. More power, and far smoother power delivery. This is my 4th car to be done by Revo, and will not be my last.

I’ve been a Revo customer since 2003, and have used various products on a range of cars over that time. The hardware products are excellent, and have always delivered the expected improvements, and the staged software offerings enable a helpful upgrade path. For me one of the key selling points is the amount of testing that they undertake ahead of launching a product into market. When pushing components above factory spec, it buys a level of confidence that all eventualities will have been fully tested, and that the product will have had to have been signed off for all fuel types / climatic conditions / safety parameters before it goes to general sale. When you buy cheap code you don’t get any of these levels of guarantee that ultimately protect your investment. Support calls have always been handled effectively, and hence why I’ve not strayed in 17 years. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏻

This is the third car I have trusted to REVO, with both hardware and software upgrades. Each time the service has been professional and faultless. after having some horrific previous experiences, revo were a breath of fresh air. REVO totally transformed the cars, this is how they should have left the factory. After previous mistakes, I did my research and chose revo, I have had not one single issues In over five years of use and enjoyment.
