We have been using OnlyPOS for our printer and printer paper supplies for some time now and have found their service and pricing to be excellent. I wanted to buy a Sam4s sps320 cash register but need compatible scanner to go with it. Jo was able to find out the required scanner needed to work with the cash register. The cash register & scanner end up working great.
The set up & programming was easier than expected as I tried doing it myself & it works without needing professional help.
Delivery of ordered items was within 2 days.

Thank you to Jo and the team at OnlyPOS. I placed an order for a barcode scanner and then realised I had selected the incorrect connection type. The scanner I was purchasing with the required connection was discontinued and no longer available. Jo worked with me providing exact recommendations for suitable alternatives. On selection of a suitable alternative, Jo went above and beyond, and had the scanner shipped from Melbourne to Sydney to my door overnight. Thanks again and definitely recommend to anyone looking for best quality advice and service on all Point of Sale related items.

Jo and the team at OnlyPOS have exceeded our expectations. Initially we had some doubts when we placed the order - our printer was in stock however were informed of an error and it would be a 4 week+ wait. We actually received it within 3 weeks. When we got around to setting up the printer, we had some issues setting up the driver. Jo came to the party and assisted with multiple solutions. He also connected us to Chris - a GoDex printer specialist who was also amazing. From an initial sub par experience, the team at OnlyPOS completely turned it around - where it counts. Scammers, beware. bought about $200 of stock... Never arrived. I waited several months, They said it was "flagged" . They wont respond to emails or answer phone calls. BEWARE

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a printer however it wasn’t compatible with our software. Attempted to return the printer however return was rejected due to some pen on the packaging and ‘cockroach poo’ on the box…pretty sure this could have happened anywhere in transit? When the rejection was questioned we were then accused of returning a printer that we hadn’t purchased from them? Awful customer service, rude and had to constantly follow up every email to result in them just sending it back and refusing to respond. No idea what they’ve sent back or where they’ve sent it, but clearly needed the $300 desperately. Mohini and Vani were aweful to deal with.

Received the product in good condition, staff contacted me regarding my address was friendly and professional, shipping was done in reasonable time.
