I don’t receive my tracking id and…
I didn’t receive my tracking id and delivery date yet . I Oder my scarf from eBay after ordering on ONFY. I received the order of eBay yesterday but still didn’t hear from ONFY yet . Very disappointed

Dear Sana please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in despatching your order which I did email you to inform you of - you also should have received a copy of your tracking instructions which I send a few hours after you emailed requesting them on the 20th this week - as per the product description the delivery clearly says it can take up to 30 days. Please check your spam inbox to ensure you haven't missed them whilst I apologise for not emailing you personally should still have received the details so you can track it yourself. I have emailed you a full timeline of your order to ensure that you are aware we have provided the information you requested.
