Hopeless
I signed up to this site by accident or should I say without knowing I will be charged. However when money got deducted out of my account to be honest I wasn’t happy budget was tight and the only money I have to feed my kids till the next pay week. Therefore I asked for it to be refunded back. I am struggling as it is day by day and then hit you with a massive deduction cause of the currency is a huge loss for me and my kids. But in a good I am glad to hear the wonderful escalation team have reached out and advised refund will be processed even though it’s not part of the process. Thank you it’s like a huge weight being lifted off my shoulder hearing about my refund. Thank you nothing bad about the product everything looks amazing just took me by surprise when that happened.
