How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
The customer service is ridiculous.
They do not read what you write to them, just ask for proofs, but do not even look at them.
You will waste days for nothing, since they openly allow models to scam and perpetrate frauds.
No action will ever be taken, regardless of the amount of money involved.
If you get scammed, you are doomed.
Models are untouchable and can do everything they want, they can lie and get money from deals, without having to comply to them.

Saw another review with the same thing, but wanted to repeat it due to its importantance
Onlyfans should have a way for subscribers to rate their experience with an account and allow others considering subscription to view it.
Onlyfans is drenched with accounts scamming their subscribers. If these accounts will not be held accountable for this, then account reviews should be posted to prevent these accounts from scamming more people. This would also incentivise accounts to be more honest to keep their ratings up and attract more subscribers
Buying anything on onlyfans is very risky and feels like a gamble.
Please make this happen

WORST SITE EVER!!! So basically their bank transfers take more than a month apparently and their support just doesnt want to reply or be helpful at all and they dont read the emails AT ALL!!! They dont know whats happening its not their fault lol yea sure IT IS YOUR FAULT I dont care really. The money is there for 3 weeks just in the air you know not existing. ITS DIGITAL MONEY AND YOU STILL MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOU ARE SWIMMING THROUGH THE PACIFIC OCEAN TO DELIVER IT TO ME PERSONALLY. Hope you all lose your job

This is just an observation that will no doubt be ignored, treated with contempt or more likely a vitriolic reply.
As a long term fan of porn, I can not help but feel that the pricing policy is now somewhat similar to that of a drug dealer.
I hope I do not underestimate that, what is required to bare your body publicly in a professional mannered is terribly cheap or without the need for proportionate recompence, but, I can not help but feel that some porn stars have lost their way by using sites like only fans, which iappear to me to be a blatant way of getting the aforementioned fans to actually pay for further advertising, whilst enduring 5 second teasers, and then being faced with suggested bills of up to £70 for a clip.
I know a girl must have standards, but if you expect the majority of men to pay this you are deluded, and if you rely on the suckers that do, then you are taking advantage, big style.

(Note: in regards to the reply below this review... I was beyond angry last night, when I wrote this review: I made mistakes because I didn't read the fine print in the OF'S rule book. So eventually my account would disappear and then I would recover, just to be bounced off again. So I took a break, to come back when everything died down, and after reading about the rules. I initially joined because of a woman and didn't read the fine print is what happened. So after I came back my card worked once and didn't work ever again. I have proof that a moderator went into my account and disrupted it, I have emails saying so on numerous occasions... I never got a warning I felt like I was getting hacked...I made a mistake and I know that but there is no reason to make someone fear for their online security, I had a debit card info on my account, I changed it all because of lack of communication by your team, and it WAS your team. I don't need anything from you, just know that your rating stands at 1.4, and this is one of the reasons why)
OnlyFans is probably one of the worst apps for security. These block head moderators are all about freezing or cancelling your account without letting you know, or refreshing your memory of the rules...so there's no room for mistakes...these idiots love to disable payment methods and kick you off whenever you go get your account back. Why? Because apparently crappy OnlyFans kicks you off but it takes a day to process the termination of the account...
The only thing keeping that stupid app around are the adult entertainment models, if it was anything else but, OF wouldn't last even a year!
Mentally challenged tits!

As a professional content creator on OnlyFans, I delivered a fully customized content order to a fan who paid $119. A few days later, the amount was reversed, and my balance was reduced without any chance to appeal or dispute it.
I provided clear evidence: full chat history, delivery screenshots, and confirmation from the fan. Still, support simply referred me to paragraph 14.b.iii of the Terms and closed the case.
Even more concerning — the fan also requested that I send him a selfie showing his Telegram account open on my phone. This highly suspicious request was ignored by support and never investigated, despite being a strong sign of fraudulent intent.
Despite all this, the fan’s account remains active. Support claims no fraud was detected, and creators like me are left with zero protection.
This situation proves how OnlyFans allows abusive users to exploit the system through chargebacks while creators suffer losses and reputational risk.
I respectfully ask the compliance team to truly review my case and reconsider how such cases are handled.
[Update – April 10, 2025]
After several back-and-forth emails, OnlyFans confirmed once again that they would not reverse the decision or investigate the suspicious behavior of the fan who requested a Telegram selfie and later issued a chargeback.
Support keeps referring to paragraph 14.b.iii and insists they have no power to help creators in such cases — even when the evidence of content delivery and suspicious intent is clear.
This update confirms that creators have **no meaningful protection** against fraud and chargeback abuse on the platform. I stand by my request for OnlyFans to review how they handle such cases and treat creators more fairly.
[Second update – April 11, 2025]
OnlyFans has kindly replied again — with the *exact same* message as before. Word for word. Apparently, the solution to a detailed fraud report is Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V.
They continue to ignore the actual issue: a fan requested a selfie with his Telegram account open on my phone (serious red flag), received $119 worth of custom content, then issued a chargeback — and **his account is still fully active**.
Support hides behind a generic reference to paragraph 14.b.iii of the Terms of Service — as if that magically explains why a creator should lose money and be exposed to fraud, while the fan walks away untouched.
This isn't about a policy clause. It’s about **the platform’s refusal to protect creators** from clearly abusive behavior. No account ban. No investigation. No escalation. Just silence, and a copy-pasted paragraph.
So yes — creators, be aware:
If someone scams you, requests Telegram selfies, and reverses a payment, OnlyFans will say:
*"We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please refer to paragraph 14.b.iii."*
Make of that what you will.

I requested the payout with invoice #71840268 but the system rejected with questionable reason: his payout has not been processed and the funds have been returned to your OnlyFans balance. I confirm that the banking details are correct, valid, and up-to-date. Also, I already contacted my bank to recheck all numbers/codes and verify that my account is not blocked, restricted, or expired. I already submitted the current bank statement to the support team. Please investigate and solve my problem. Thanks

Was lured in via treads by invitations from beautiful but lonely girls in my local area (fakes of course). And once there the monetisation machine rapidly went through the gears. The conversations seem to be mostly AI generated with someone supervising so that minor glitches and awkward questions can be sidestepped. Fortunately I only spent about $20 in short term subscriptions to three profiles and used a virtual card that I will now disable. I really do not trust this unscrupulous operation to limit credit card charges just to those I authorised. Be very cautious on this site. I cannot understand why they are allowed to get away with such false representation.

I’m following up because OnlyFans completely ignored the core of my situation in their response. The chargebacks that led to my account deactivation were not initiated by me—I was the victim of fraud, and my bank flagged and reversed multiple transactions, including OnlyFans charges. I had no control over that, and I’ve already explained it clearly in multiple messages.
I’ve since canceled the compromised card, received a new one, and even offered to repay the full amount. I also said I’m willing to provide bank documentation to back this up. Despite all that, OnlyFans continues to give generic responses with no real effort to understand or resolve the issue.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be shut out of a platform I genuinely valued, especially when I’ve done everything I can to take responsibility for something that wasn’t my fault. There needs to be a real system in place for honest users to resolve situations like this because I’m considering going to the better business bureau about this.

They tend to do it at every opportunity because customer service is reluctant to do anything to prevent this scam. Since support team on cam sites like JLCams.com❤️🔥is always on a client's side, models tend to do their job a lot better there. There are no false promises, no misunderstandings. They are straightforward enough and right to the point. Having had all this positive experience with them I kind of expected something like that from OnlyFans. But in fact there is no comparison. Despite all the marketing hype around OF, the quality has been drastically decreasing. It is not worth the money they ask for their services anymore.

I checked of for some weeks, with some free subs and paid subs.
Tbh i met no model not using agency writers or AI bots to communicate. The conversation go in a ridiculous direction, while of advertises with direct model communication. Over this, they lie in content you buy, they can violate the clear written rules like eg offsite payment sites. Support told me links are allowed. That a model. Say in chat, click the link and save commission....they dont care, in the same time they give no protection for customers of these payments. They told me its a like a social media plattform, they cant forbid it. No ip checks to avoid agency writers obviously. So at the end i wrote a harsh mail, to refund relevant video buys, sold from writers. And closing my account.
Edit: I need add, that a SWs writer tried to put me to another site. He even asked if i understood all or need more info. I reported that, nothing happend. So i tried it with another model of this agency. I just gave her a signal word "call". And she tried it very subtile to press the link and buy there. Here happened nothing to. So overall you can say, models protection is much higher. They can try to move you to other sites, where the customer protection is even worse than on of.( All documented) These were my last "experiences" on of. Its really a scandal how indifferent they handle agency models and customers. All of cost of the customer protection
This page is the worst for the image of SWs, ethically on the bottom. 0 Stars.

OF targeted my account with a verification requirement and cited TN law even though I don't live there. They did not care. They would not even let me delete the account without verification even though the TN law did not require verification to delete the account. They did not care. I had to reject charges made to my credit card because OF allowed them while blocking my access to the account. They accuse me of violating terms of service. Now the account is deactivated. Fine with me. OF hurts themselves with not getting my business. Don't use OF. Very bad management, no resolution skills and just a clown show. For the record, I violated no terms. OF attempted to fraudulently charge me for content they blocked while preventing me from deleting the account.

Absolute trash they don't clearly disclose that subscribing yo anything will renew automatically every month and they make it super hard to unsubscribe to anything by hiding the feature away and won't take any accountability for anything whatsoever.
I'd give 0 star if I could stay away from it. Also subscribing to any creator gives you access to nothing but content you can see on their normal platform, everything else is premium and super expensive we're talking often 50 to 100$ for a single video that's absolutely insane.

More regulation needed on content. You can easily sub to someone for $20 and get the exact same content from their social media pages (rubbish 2 second videos, censored images). You always have to pay more for the actual content you were looking for. There’s a few free pages which actually post better content on their page but they’re in the minority.
Only fans should be doing more to prevent this kind of behaviour and police it. I know they won’t cause profit margins mean more than their users but I think user experience means more.
The website itself needs a rework, quite a few bugs which have been there for years. I’m now going to terminate my account though, there’s much better services out there. Don’t fall into the trap of subscribing to scammy, money hungry people/services.

I cancelled my subscription to an account that was advertising free videos in chat and after received exactly zero from the beginning. I understood I was scammed as she started asking me first to subscribe and then to buy her videos individually.
I asked for a refund within 10minutes of subscribing but it was declined by the OF team member named Kyle.

This site should hold its content to a rating system to prevent scamming. Like every other side hustle app/site does. There are so many "models" who lie and cheat for subscribers; it's not worth paying a penny since you have no idea who's honest and who's blatantly ripping people off.

Reply from OnlyFans
Discussed with their business model. You pay subscription and then you must pay more in DM to get ONE video.
I used Faphouse to find the same girl and it’s one payment and access everything

I was scammed by a influencer and wanted a refund so they said they don't give refunds. So they banned me with no explanation and the influencer still operates on onlyfans. It's not the first time I've been scammed. stay well away guy's.
