My OnlyFans account was recently deactivated for “the person featured is not the account holder,” but I want to clarify publicly that every single photo and video posted on my page has always featured me and only me.

During a recent re-verification, my previous ID had expired, and some of my older content was heavily edited for glam/retouching purposes. I believe this combination caused an identity mismatch. I completed the new verification and OnlyFans already has my updated selfie and documentation.

I am fully prepared to provide anything needed to resolve this:

• my valid government ID
• my valid passport
• fresh real-time selfies
• unedited originals with the edited versions for comparison
• a notarized affidavit affirming my identity
• or even a live verification call

Working with OnlyFans is incredibly important to me, and I have never violated the Terms of Service. I have never used anyone else’s image—not once. All I am asking for is the opportunity to provide the evidence that proves this.

If the issue relates to editing, I am more than willing to adjust future content and properly label any AI-enhanced retouching going forward.

I sincerely hope OnlyFans will give me the chance to resolve this misunderstanding. I am ready and willing to comply with every guideline and provide all evidence required.

*** Edited to add: Just received this email regarding my appeal. --- After careful consideration, due to its connection to your previous account which seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms of Service, the account is scheduled for deletion upon the last subscription expiration, and it is not possible to cancel the deletion process for your account.

Media content or text that features manipulated intimate images or otherwise unauthorized images is not verified is not allowed on OnlyFans. --- There is obviously some confusion. I have had 2 accounts prior to this one - a free one and a paid one both of which I canceled on my own with no violations at all, ever. I proved I was the rightful person in the photo in 2024 through video evidence. I have no violations on any account. Please provide me the opportunity to verify that these images are me. This is mistaken identity. I have been on OnlyFans in total for over 4 years with no violations.

Account Deactivated Due to Identity Mismatch – Possible Confusion With Old Cosplay Application

My creator account was recently deactivated for “the person featured is not the account holder,” and I want to share one detail publicly that may help explain why the identity check may have been confused.

Back in February 2023, I briefly applied for a cosplay-style creator account under the name Tygerriess (spelling may be slightly off). It was never approved, never activated, and was just a fun idea at the time. The images I used were heavily stylized character edits, intentionally not resembling my real appearance. The concept was abandoned and the account was never used.

It is possible that this old, unapproved application is being associated with my current account and creating confusion during identity review — especially since my old ID was expired and some of my current photos are glam-edited.

To be very clear:
My OnlyFans creator account has always featured me and only me.
I have never used anyone else’s images.

In my deactivation appeal, I have already stated that I am prepared to provide:

• My valid government ID
• My valid passport
• A fresh real-time selfie
• Original unedited photos with the edited versions for comparison
• And OnlyFans already has my recent Onfido verification selfie

I am willing to complete live verification or even provide a notarized affidavit confirming my identity.

I have always followed the platform’s guidelines and value my relationship with OF.
I am simply requesting the chance to provide the evidence needed to clear up this misunderstanding and have my account reinstated.

I create and account for onlyfans to buy off creator but then only couples of hours my account gets deactivated for unusual user or financial activity with its just my buy content with my own money

It is a very rare exception when they really deliver what was agreed. I went to good old SexyJM.com
and it's still as good as it used to be. I'm glad they keep up the great work. The cam girls are really working hard and they go the extra mile to satisfy their clients and prompt them to come back (most of them do). I liked using OnlyFans a few years ago but since the quality has been deteriorating all the time I finally wised up, got sick and tired of being repeatedly ripped off and finally I hung up permanently.

I had an issue with a creator who repeatedly sent paid content that was not new, even after I asked and was told it was.
I opened a support ticket with clear evidence, but my ticket was completely ignored and later closed without any response.
I opened another ticket and the same happened — no review, no answer, no help.

I feel unprotected as a customer, with no transparency and no support.
I’m requesting that OnlyFans properly review my case and address the creator’s misleading behavior, instead of ignoring my tickets.

Unable to pay for subscriptions. Although the system communicates the payment to my bank, and I authorise the payment, the payment isn't taken. This a continual problem with this site.

They should better call themselves OnlyScams!

Most of the vids I have unlocked don't even play correctly. Multiple times the same vid keeps buffering, even short trailers or previews of the vids don't play correctly...

I’m writing this as a separate review because the response OnlyFans posted under my previous review didn’t address anything I actually said.

To be clear:
I’m not disputing the reason they gave me for closing my account.
I already know what they claimed.

What I am calling out publicly is this:

OnlyFans has completely ignored every email I’ve sent them.

They haven’t read my messages, haven’t acknowledged the screenshots or timeline I provided, and haven’t answered a single question I asked. Every reply I received was either automated or a one-line template that avoided the entire issue.

Their public Trustpilot reply is proof.

Instead of addressing my complaint, they posted the same generic sentence they send to everyone and just linked the Terms of Service — a 12,000-word document that explains nothing about my specific case. This shows that they either don’t read the reviews, or they deliberately avoid addressing real issues.

I asked for:
• a proper response to my emails
• clarification on the points I raised
• acknowledgement of the evidence I sent
• a real explanation instead of a copy/paste template
• basic transparency and respect for the messages I wrote

I received none of this.

This company refuses to engage with customers unless it’s convenient for them.

They ignore emails, avoid direct answers, and hide behind generic scripts. Their support system feels automated, dismissive, and completely disconnected from what customers actually write.

If they want to protect their public image, the least they could do is read the emails they’re replying to.
Nothing I asked was unreasonable — I simply wanted a proper human response.

When OnlyFans decides to actually address my messages instead of avoiding them, I’ll update this review. Until then, this reflects exactly how they treat people behind the scenes: ignored emails, automated replies, and zero transparency.

tried to signed up today what a load off garbage it keeps asking for a tax id number but in the uk its national insurance ,ni so you can not complete the registration.

I’ve had two terrible experiences with OnlyFans.

First, I subscribed to a creator’s “November VIP Sale – $5 for 30 days (75% off)” offer, but was charged $23.06 USD instead. The discount was never applied. When I contacted support and provided screenshots, I received no real help. They basically ignored it.

Then, I paid $300 USD for a custom video from a verified creator. She never sent anything — no video, no updates — and OnlyFans refused to refund me, saying they “cannot interfere between creators and fans.”

That’s outrageous for a platform that processes all the payments.
Once they get your money, there’s zero protection for customers. Creators can run fake promos or take payments without delivering anything, and OnlyFans does nothing about it.

Total Deception and Scam by only fans creator Chandler Knight. This OF creator is not genuine or authentic and uses an agency with paid chatters to impersonate her and deceive her fans. This is a pure scam and fraud and a common practice on this platform. Shame on Only Fans for allowing creators to hire agencies to deliberately trick and scam subscribers into thinking they are communicating with the actual creator/model.

As you can see from the Only Fans response below, they fully support deceptive practices. Avoid this creator and OF at all costs. Just a SCAM!!!!!

OnlyFans offers you a refund in these cases, yes, but it doesn't ban these accounts, so it basically allows them to continue scamming future customers. In short, OnlyFans has entered a downward spiral where the only thing that awaits it is to fall and continue falling into a deep pit. Stay away from that platform and look for other options.

There are a lot of deceptive and dodgy creators on this platform and onlyfans do not support the user at all nor do they hold creators responsible it seems. Theres just no governing body that oversees deceptive creators so they get away with dodgy tactics. Ive quit using OF now. Had enough. OnlyFans as lots of young women as digital creators who are showing off their bodies. The introductory fee of three dollars (US) is not bad except that it automatically renews at a higher rate, perhaps twenty or thirty dollars per month. You just might like what you see and feel it's money well spent. It was just okay. By the way, once you get the basic subscription, you are then teased to open additional doors/portals to view more adult content for additional cost. I did not take up the offer. I suspect that each level will leave out something wanted only to suggest a fee to open another door.
I had initially subscribed to two creators. I was able to cancel the renewal of one creator fairly easily. The second creator's subscription has been very difficult to cancel and will most likely result in a credit card dispute. More to follow.
