Friendly and helpful staff. No hidden costs, no try to sell additional insurance. Just uncomplicated.
We booked a Fiat 500X (very recommended from my side, especially the communal-streets are quite challenging for small cars). Got an upgrade to cabriolet-version. We had no credit-card. No problem, paid the deposit in cash. The staff made a video of every damage before our first use and after.
Would definitely use again.

Amazing car rental and I am really glad I chose them instead of others. Perfect communication, since beginning, little bit waiting time at the airport but other than that they were great. It was possible to prolong rental by 1 day and I just needed one call for that to get arranged. You can pay the deposit by credit, debit cards, or by cash. The returnment of the vehicle was smooth they have key lockbox so it was pretty easy to return the car. The deposit was sent to me within 3 busines days. Totally recommended!

Very bad experience – do not recommend.
I rented a car in August 2025 from Only Sardinia Autonoleggio (Cagliari) and it was delivered in dangerous conditions – with no brake fluid, putting my safety and my passengers’ at serious risk. When I discovered the issue the next day, the only solution was to wait over 4 hours in a remote location for a replacement car.

Communication with staff was confusing and unprofessional. They also tried to charge me for damages to the replacement car, even though I had paid for additional insurance. This caused financial loss (I had to delay a boat reservation) and significant stress.

Nice, modern car at a good rate. Easy check in experience and very helpful staff, with good comms throughout. A couple of queries dealt with simply and without fuss. How hiring a car should be.

Brilliant experience, professional service and pick up and return were very easy - to recommend to pay the full insurance to avoid having to pay a larger deposit and also to experience your holiday stress-free. Most of the roads are good but there could be a few off-road ones

Excellent service!!! We rented a Fiat Panda, and surprisingly we got Fiat Panda :) We rented the car at Olbia airport, for 10 days. Very little waiting time on checkin/checkout, and no issues whatsoever. Just like a car renting company shoud operate. Multiple payment methods, no mandatory credit card needed.
We even got 1h earlier and the car was ready.
This company Is like a hidden secret beach, you want only for yourself.

Quick and very friendly processing of my car rental. I made the reservation in advance, with an extra insurance, directly, without any intermediary. The handover of the car from the company to me and vice versa went very smoothly. The car was quite new (less than 40K km) and in good shape.
Next time, I’d choose for this company again!

When my daughter and I were badly let down, very late at night, by our original car rental company, Sebastian at Onlysardinia (Olbia airport) came to the rescue and stayed past the end of his shift to provide us with a ‘sensible’ replacement. He patiently explained how it worked, while his colleague rang our hotel, and nothing was too much trouble. We are both very grateful. And the Fiat 500 was a fantastic little car to drive too! ❤️

We recently rented a car from Only Sardinia and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite always being careful and doing thorough research, this was the first time we've encountered issues with a car rental company. We were persuaded to pay an additional €30 per day for what we were told would be comprehensive coverage that eliminated any liability for damage. However, when we returned the car, we were informed that we would be charged for a scratch on the wheel. Apparently, the insurance we paid extra for doesn't cover wheels or glass—something that was never clearly communicated to us upfront.

To make matters worse, the car had a flashing engine light towards the end of the rental period, which was concerning. We chose not to complain at the time, but in hindsight, it’s clear this was a reflection of the poor condition of their vehicles.

We expected much better service and transparency from a company with a reputation like Only Sardinia, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver.

Booking was straightforward and all questions answered promptly prior to my picking up the car of my choice. Everything was explained clearly and I did not feel at all like I paid any more than I should have………no hidden charges.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating prior to driving off and in particular on returning the vehicle.
The cost of hiring was very good value for money I would not hesitate to hire from this company again.
