We booked Halifax House in Halifax for 6 nights, stayed one. When we arrived there was no WiFi, and now looking at reviews it had not been working for some time. We rang the owner who said he would get back to us about it but never did. We booked it because it had wifi plus a washing machine, not one ounce of washing powder was provided. The place stunk from the shower drain. The place needs a good deep clean The blind in the bedroom was broken and the unit hot and unbearable. It is not possible to open a window. We checked out and booked elsewhere at considerable cost. No refund is forth coming. Do not stay here.
It is disappointing that ‘only apartments’ promote this apartment without quality control measures in place to ensure that what is advertised is delivered. As it is on your platform your reputation is also damaged when things don’t match

Poolside apartment in Poblenou for a super price, discount code did not work.
After paying the application fee to apply to apartments, literally NONE of the apartments listed as available in my area were actually available to rent. If I had known that I would have never paid the fee. Fake listing for apartments used to dupe people in to paying to apply for them. Contacted them several times, and after sending me a cookie cutter email about no refunds and how I "still have 9 more applications for my money" they stopped replying. I do not have nine more apartments to apply to because none of them are available! A blatant con.
Apartments is a great place to live. Close to shopping center. Major grocery stores. Movie theaters,several restaurants including fast food & fine dining. Provide underground parking, beautiful well kept. grounds, swimming pool, safe area. Cordial office staff & very helpful. Move in ready, carpet & painted walls. Bicycle storage, patio or deck. Competent on sight managers & maintenance staff. Come check out for yourself!

Do not use this company. I had my reservation cancelled by email 2 days ago. I was contacted by the owner of the property I booked and she's received an email cancelling too. I can see the website still up and running. How are they getting away with this?
Completely Confused - Why VRBO/Home Away continues to let these crooks steal money - I call that aiding and abetting Fraud. I am out $ 485 US and have sent my Claim to the Barcelona Legal Firm that "only-crap" sends you after they steal your money. Do I expect to ever see a penny ?:....Highly Doubtful. I only hope my writing this Saves You from making the same mistake that +800 we did.

Hey all, the same thing happened to me when I booked my rental via VRBO/HomeAway and the property manager was Only Apartments. They took my security deposit when I first made the reservation then sent a cancellation email to both myself and the landlord. We ended signing a contract directly with the landlord for our stay but when I returned to the U.S., VRBO/HomeAway even tried to call OnlyApartments and they were hung up on. If you just call your credit card company and explain to them the situation and how Only Apartments is a fraudulent company... they’ll dispute the charge for you, won’t make you liable for this payment and will credit back your deposit.

We are forced to cancel your booking as the company has been declared in a process of insolvency, the refund should be claimed according to the article 85 of the current “Ley Concursal” (Spanish Law) to the following address:cerbium or by post to 102 Escoles Pies Street, 08017 Barcelona (Spain), quoting as reference “Concurso voluntario abreviado no 204/2019”.
These documents must include the following information:
1. Information about the creditor identity, name, address, email
2. Information about the debt, specifying:
• Concept
• Amount
• Acquisition and expiration date
• Characteristics and classification claimed
If any special privilege is invoked, you should make reference to assets and rights affected
Please remind to enclose/attach all documents that support to the debt.

Appalling Customer Service
I booked an apartment in Porto for 4 nights with Only Apartments from 18 March 2019. On 15 March I received a message saying the booking had been cancelled, and that they would refund the payment.
Despite several email and phone calls I have received no response and no refund. Apparently the reason for the cancellation is that the apartment owner learned that the company is extremely poor at paying them and decided to terminate the booking - poor behaviour on their part as well, but no reason for Only Apartments to withhold the refund they have already agreed and to fail to respond to my attempts to communicate with them.
This company cannot be trusted. Do not book with them.

UK telephone number has been disconnected and they are not responding to email don't not use under any circumstances my experience was booking vier Homeaways website which is a holiday property platform for owners to advertise on They are looking in to this company but I don't hold out much hope of getting anything back
It is the company the swindler. They take orders from clients, take from them money but do not pay to owners of apartments. At best money for one-two months detains.
Only-apartments cancelled two reservations two months after we made them (and partially paid for them), putting us in the position of having to find alternative adequate accommodation during the period when prices are highest. Communication was extremely poor, badly worded, badly coordinated, and extremely amateurish. They did refund us but due to currency fluctuations we ended up getting back less than we paid.
Found them on Expedia and took that to be an assurance of quality. Bad mistake.
