Still hasn't shipped
My order was supposed to arrive on Wednesday November 23, it still hasn't shipped yet. Everything was in stock when I ordered it. I paid extra for faster shipping and this is what I get in return...no product and missed company deadlines. When I called in inquire about the delays all I was told was that it was delayed, no explanation as to why.

Currently not satisfied with delivery date of items. First showed item would be delivered in a week and then updated with a delay of 2 more weeks.
UPDATED - after posting my review I was immediately contacted and explained the delay. Was given a new date which really helped.

Reliable equipment backed by great customer service.
I have owned 3 fanless computers in the last 10 years and OnLogic is the only company I will buy from. I use them, in combination with data loggers, to monitor HVAC, waste water, and power at the resort where I work. The high temperature models survive, without complaint, in my boiler room at 120 degrees. Dave Schultz is patient and extremely attentive to details, in spite of my numerous questions prior to placing the last order. Ask for him by name

I just spent $10,000 on a new order
I just spent $10,000 on a new order, I have two units that are going down every 20 minutes and the warranty/support I get is he shipped them back will fix it and ship them back to you. That is unacceptable.

Ordered an ML100G-40
Ordered an ML100G-40, Compact Fanless AMD Ryzen Mini PC. The item shipped faster than expected and seems good quality. However i ordered it without internal disk, since i had a spare M.2 NVME 2280 disk at hand, and the onlogic data sheet says it has an M.2 NVME 2280 compatible slot. Well yeah, it does have and M.2 2280 slot, however the chassis is so small it doesn't allow for the 2280 form factor. Now i have to go find a 2260 or 2242 somewhere. Misleading...

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, good price, quick response, good follow-up on shipping and actually arrived the day it was supposed to . good machine no problems setting it up, you were headed for a 5 star, but, lost one on account I can't find the antennas for the wi-fi and now I will have to call in and deal with the trouble of either getting the antennas here or buying them. I suppose if wi-fi is installed, the antennas should be supplied.
either way, I will certainly buy from you again.
