The Furgal Team went out of its way (above and beyond) to make the 2025 US Open a memorable experience for me, from the daily lobby meetings to the wonderful amenities offered at the site.

The experts in tennis hospitality will make your experience seamless from start to finish! Very responsive via email prior and text/in person face time during the event. The Steve Furgal team alleviated all my worries about taking such a big trip with accessibility challenges. Couldn’t be more thankful for them.

You helped us attend the event in a foreign country making it less stressful. The Open was both crazy and fun. Far too many people attending for the evening sessions but the Outlook facility helped avoid the damn queues as well as refuelling us in preparation for the evening sessions.

The standard of excellence Steve has set in place never waivers. If anything, each year gets better and better. His team of professional representatives are top notch and their consistent and superior customer service is without peer.

We knew we were arriving only early evening at accommodation location and were under impression that someone would be there to assist with any issues we may have. There was no-one

We had never done a group travel experience to a major tennis event. We had always wanted to go to Wimbledon but didn't want to deal with all the details and some friends told us about the Furgal company and said they were doing the Wimbledon package. So we checked and decided to sign up. It was the best organized and executed experience that we could have imagined or hoped for.

Had the best experience at the US tennis open (round of 16).

The staff were all professional and bent over backwards to help.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

Staff was plentiful, friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. We wanted a 'turn key' journey for our first international trip and that is exactly what On Location supplied from beginning to end!

I thought "On Location" was a strange name for a travel company, until they hosted our ten days. From our arrival to departure they were well organized and exceptional people on the ground with you = On Location!!

Everything was perfectly organized and went smoothly - respect!

Easy to book and friendly people before and during the trip.

It was not very well organized. Bob that was with us on the bus did a nice job. Some of their help in Dublin were very rude and not helpful. One of our hotels in Dublin required a taxi just st to get us close to a bus stop

On Location is terrible at communication. They also like to leave folks high and dry with help in travel rescheduling. Not acceptable for a company that had one job and is horrible at it. I have a ton of emails that say "be on the lookout for emails with details" but no details ever came or would come so late we already had to figure it out on our own.

The trip we had through Steve Furgal's US Open 2025 package was a delight. We didn't have to worry about tickets, transportation, hotels or meals for the four days we spent at the Open. They made it easy to add a day to the trip so we could see a Mets game too. Everything was first class, well organized and happened smoothly. We are looking forward to our next fun adventure with Furgal's tours.

The online web experience to actually get signed up for our trip was a disaster, but we were not sure of our tour excursions till we actually arrived in Ireland. We had been signed up for a year.

Great customer service. Friendly people. Sets up a nice experience at the event.

When challenges arrive, representatives should be available to talk to. No emails, which it what on location required.

Very impressed with the level of organization that went into the planning and execution of our trip. Nice having a dedicated rep (Grace Cull) to answer our questions along the way. Thought we received good value for the trip in terms of the experiences we had: tours to Galway and Killarney, ISU-K State FB game and the Guiness Experience. Very helpful to have an online app to keep us informed of our schedule and events for each day. Transportation to all events was on-time. Tour guides were great. Feel like we got to see a lot of Ireland. Would recommend your company to everyone!
