Avoid Avoid Avoid

I fell for this also assumed it was a UK based trader. Lesson learnt. The goods took a long time to arrive ans I tried to claim back via PayPal but the company then gave another tracking number and the goods appeared. So PayPal rejected my claim. The goods were a poor fit and the website had disappeared. The company responds politely. But only offers £3 ‘compensation’ on a £19.99 purchase claiming the postage is too much for the return. Avoid.

Do not purchase from this business

Do not purchase from this business. I bought the bras, 3 for 1 which came to £19.99
I made sure I followed their sizing chart and bought accordingly. HOWEVER I tried on the bra and it was way too small not even a little.
So I wrote an email as advised by Hapiday, no response so wrote another email to another email address no response. Then went thro Paypal thinking that I was covered. Unfortunately not, I was told I would get a full refund if I return the item. It costs on average £15 to return!!! I then get an email from Hapiday, finally, literally telling me that rtn postage is so expensive we will give you £2 refund instead 😠. Have admitted defeat and given up but want to warn others not to touch them with a barge pole.

Ordered these in January

Ordered these in January, quick to take your money but here we are nearly 9 months later and still nothing has arrived. Scammers that’s what they are . DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THESE .

SCAM - DO NOT BUY

I bought a set of 3 bras from Onlinshop.co.uk (yes I should have realised the spelling mistake but I didn't) and have emailed them telling them I want to return them. There was a card inside the parcel which gives the Return & Refund Policy so I emailed them, only to get an email back offering me a £3 discount which would cover the postage. I have told them I want a full refund not £3

These are also being advertised on Facebook under the names of HAPIDAY.CO.UK, LUCKYSHOP.CO.UK and others.

DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE ME BY THE CO.UK
