Campus Fund
Campus Fund is an all-in-one platform where charting, trading, and funding come together. The platform has been designed with aligned incentives: Besides charting (in collaboration with TradingView), the platform also features a built-in automated trading journal, a performance dashboard, and real-time live support.
Students of Online Trading Campus are eligible for instant funding of up to $360,000, without passing a challenge, which is deployed within the platform on the traders’ account. Traders can scale up to $1M+ in funding and have the potential to be invited as a resident to Campus Fund’s trading floor in Dubai.
Note: Campus Fund and Online Trading Campus are two separate entities with their own individual teams and support infrastructure.

Best Trading Campus
I am a different trader since I joined the Campus and I advise everyone that wants to take trading on a different level to join OTC. They also hosted Giveaways in December and I won a free upgrade from Blueprint to Professional! I’m so happy and I thank them for their generosity!❤️

Online Trading Campus (Dubai)
Online Trading Campus (Dubai) – BIG SCAM
This is my honest review after being with this online trading campus for almost 18 months.
I paid $5,000 to join. What I received in return was an overload of training material, but no real results. Despite all the content, the end result is zero.
Bernd shares his own trade calls during the weekly outlook, but around 90% of the time these trades lose money. His strategy target is 2% per month, which is meaningless. In reality, he usually ends the month with 2–3 losing trades, and instead of making 2%, the account often ends in a 4% drawdown.
Do not fall for their marketing trap, whether on Instagram or YouTube. In the past, Bernd was blocked by FTMO due to over-leveraging, which resulted in a ban. He no longer holds any certification with them.
Now he runs his own prop firm so called campus fund. In my opinion, this is another scam. They do not have a license to operate such a firm in Dubai. Any legitimate fund must be registered with DIFC, and they are not. If you ask them for their license, they will either refuse to provide it or block you.
Currently, they claim to have around 4,900 members inside their group. Honestly, I feel sorry for those people.
Their main business model is selling a basic supply and demand course for $5,000. On top of that, they employ salespeople who silently and repeatedly message you, pushing you to join their so-called campus fund.
Let me be very clear: this is not a real fund. It is only a simulation account. They charge $6,000 for a $100K account, and then offer an leverage 1:10, which is honestly a joke.
Another very important point people must know:
Before you even join, they make you sign an agreement, and immediately after that, they force you to write a five-star review. This happens before you know anything about the course. Writing a review at that stage makes absolutely no sense.
Because of this, many people fall into the trap after seeing positive reviews online, without realizing that these reviews were requested and pressured from students before the course even started. In my opinion, this is very misleading and unethical.
After joining, the situation becomes worse. Students are controlled and regulated, and many are afraid to give a negative review. They know that if the management finds out, they could be kicked out of the group. This fear keeps people silent and is another major trap used against students.
Both brothers, Bernd and Yan, are running this business together, and in my view, it is a scamming operation. Someone should come forward and file a legal case, because this type of business cannot last long in Dubai without proper licensing.
They may have an education license, but they do not have a license to run a prop firm. What they are doing is misleading. Their goal is to make people lose money on challenges, so they can keep the fees.
Bernd was student at Online Trading Academy Dubai they offered him job after training to be a mentor after working for few months he use those materials of OTA and rebranded them to OTC and he can’t deny them.
Every week, they continue pushing new promotions and sales, but the course itself is useless. It doesn’t even have 10% of the value they claim. Do fall in trap of hybrid indicator its nothing more than RSI which 90% time it fail. He use Seasonax app to see the seasonality and call himself market predictor. They have few so called mentors who are in losses for months just show up every day for live session so newbies can copy those trades and fail the challenge so they can get for challenge fees. In my opinion, it is not worth even $100, let alone $5,000.
Do not pay $5,000 for this type of course.
Do not fall into this trap.
For me, this company is a huge red flag, and I honestly feel ashamed seeing such a clown business being run in Dubai.
For everyone joining OTC
I was a student at Online Trading Campus for over a year. Based on my long-term experience, I would strongly advise people to stay away.
In my personal opinion, OTC operates far more like a marketing and sales business than a serious trading education platform. The majority of their visible effort goes into social media, branding, video production, and funnels — not transparent, verifiable trading performance.
From what I observed:
• There is constant content creation and promotion
• Heavy emphasis on selling programs
• Very little emphasis on independently verified trading results
Most professional traders I respect are not spending their time editing videos, running sales campaigns, and pushing enrollments. They are focused on trading.
I also became uncomfortable with the lack of transparency and the way critical questions are handled. When inconsistencies are raised, discussion is discouraged rather than addressed openly. That alone was a major red flag for me.
In my opinion, the business appears to rely primarily on course revenue, not trading performance. Without the course fees, I personally do not believe the operation would be sustainable as a trading-based business.
Additionally, there have been organizational changes and restructuring over time that raised further concerns for me as a student. Combined with everything above, this made it clear that the public image does not reflect the internal reality.
This is not written out of emotion — it’s written after over a year inside. Everything looks impressive from the outside, but once you’re in long enough, the inconsistencies become hard to ignore.
Use common sense.
• Do deep due diligence
• Verify claims independently
• Speak to long-term students, not new ones
There are far better ways to learn trading than spending $5,000+ on heavy marketing and promises that don’t hold up over time.
Very Professional
Very Professional. On-boarding was helpful, training courses are well laid out and there is an active community who share their results within the community. I am looking forward to my learning journey how to trade like a pro.
OTC Santa didn't pull any gifts
Loved the Undergrad - introduction material to the Supply and Demand strategy. The opportunity to get funded and enter the markets while learning and joining the daily Live sessions with the mentors. The initial plan was to earn profits and reinvest them into the Blueprint tier (which gives me more in depth materials along with the OTC fundamental indicators), however OTC Santa arrived on 23rd of Dec and was lucky enough to be one of the people receiving a Gifted upgrade to Blueprint. This I cannot describe how grateful I am and will help me further my plans into turning myself towards constistency, steady profitability and income, expand and compound and turn it from a Sidequest to my Main bussiness.
To the OTC Team and mr. Bernd Skorupinski - all the thanks and appretiation for what you do, how you present it and the opportunity. Through the team and community I have seen that it is the way for me and it works, that is all I need to know to make it right.
Keep on rocking and great days going forward!
