To be honest, we were a bit sceptical ordering at first as the price was so much cheaper than other retailers. But the experience was great. I had a few questions regarding delivery and Nick was a great help, answering them really quickly. This was a welcome change from some of the other companies we ordered bits from, where we didn't get that level of service.

The mantle arrived well packaged and delivered quickly, and Nick kept me up to date on when it would be arriving which I valued. We've now had our installer complete the whole installation and it looks great. I wish I'd ordered more of the bits from onlinestoves.co.uk – their communication was better and their pricing was a lot more competitive than the bigger competitors.

As my fireplace is quite compact was recommended to buy a 5 kW stove with a certain brand had to look online .online stoves were the cheapest by a few pounds so I bought the product and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to. It was well packaged. I’ve got a free glove. I’m very happy with my purchase. I was emailed a few days after to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. And yes, I am very happy with my purchase and I am very very satisfied with the service that I’ve received from online stoves, fantastic company to deal with ! Personally from my own experience, I could not recommend them highly enough
