Absolutely terrible! Connected to Belro.com and Kelvoshop.com somehow

If zero stars were possible that’s all they would get. They are somehow connected to Belro.com and Kelvoshop.com l. Nothing but AI generated emails and a call center that doesn’t care. I’ve been trying to cancel an order that apparently was routed to them via a third party. I made my first contact 2 minutes after placing the order and have been getting the run around, attempts to force me to keep the order active and predatory marketing tactics. Absolutely horrible experience and terrible customer service.
