Despite the pens arrived extremely fast and product had good quality I need to say that customer support did not work at all in this case. I ordered the pen at the end of the day, in the morning of the enxt day contacted services by phone to amend the order, Penshop could not locate the order and asked me to do it by email which I did. There was never a contact or reply from the shop. I received the order with the wrong personalisation and even after asking it again if this could be amended no reply until now.

Still not shipped after 5 days!

I placed my order last Friday, and it’s now Wednesday – 5 days later – and my parcel still hasn’t been shipped! The DHL tracking only shows “electronically registered,” with no movement at all.

They promised delivery within 2–3 business days within Germany, but my order (just a pen!) hasn’t even been processed yet. It’s really disappointing not to receive any updates or clear communication.

I hope the situation is resolved soon, but for now, I’m quite unhappy with this experience.

It was exactly what I had expected - nothing more, nothing less. But the E-mail that I got asking me to evaluate should have been in English or German. My Dutch is „bedürftig“, to say the least.
