i never thought a place like this would exist the prices are amazing and the produce is top quality great customer service. used this place now a couple of times and recommended this place to my whole family.

These people In Ilford lane noori butchers shop talks about peoples private life they mixed with 0ne of the old customer one of the staff member took his side when he was talking about my marriage it’s customers private life it’s got nothing to do with them and some people like to stay single they have no right to talk about the customers private life they were so rude to me anyway I told them you have lost a customer I m not coming back to this shop again I was so sad and upset that day I still can not get over it thinking about it.

Ordering and delivery process very simple. Quality of meat was outstanding

I ordered 2 bags of 5kg bags of Tilda easy cook whole grain rice back in February. I then had a phone call a few days after telling me they could not fulfill the order as they had no stock. They said I would be refunded. I only just noticed a few days ago (end of March) that I had still not been refunded so I messaged them.
A few days later I received a text saying I was correct and I was then refunded for the rice.
They did not however refund me the postage I paid which was £6.99 which I should of course be refunded for also and this was included in original message.
I have called and messaged and am being ignored. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid!
I’m expecting to have to make a trip to their shop in person to retrieve my money back!

The delivery was very quick and came packaged excellently.
The meats was exactly as I ordered. One of the packages was missing but this was rectified immediately.
Wonderful service.

Paya was nicely cleaned and delivered on time best thing is they mentioned the expiry date also which was very good.

I ordered three weeks ago and the order still didn’t arrive and ramadan is tommorow

The meat quality was very good and fresh etc but this was my second order and despite writing the cutting instructions for the chicken, it was not done as requested. It’s the second time it has happened and it’s not really a huge deal as we still cooked it and enjoyed it all the same but if they could correct it, it would be easier to give them all 5 stars.

Vast variety of items available to order. Large range of quality meat with different types of cuts to choose from. Packed in vacuum sealed bags saving plenty of space and ensuring remains fresh. Quick delivery. Any items that were not available were refunded in an efficient manner. There was one item missing but quickly refunded once i informed them. Will use again
