I've bought and it worked, but it requires phone activation, which is a burden.

Do not make purchases on this website. This is a fraud. He sent me a link that doesn't work with my laptop. I asked him to return my money and he didn't. He also restricted me on his website.

Terrible seller. Purchased key and didn't receive it. Sent followup email asking for a refund. Only then did I receive the key. By then I had already purchased elsewhere. They then said the key wouldn't be refunded. 0/10. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Won't use again.

'onlinekey service' website says:

The keys they sent me didn’t work on my program because, it turns out that, even though I selected Windows 8.1 Standard to download, what got installed was Windows 8.1 Pro. So I wrote to 'onlinekey service' with an attached Screenshot proving that I had the wrong program for the keys they sent me. However, they ignored my repeated request for a refund, even though I had proven the keys wouldn’t work and they had promised a refund in that case. Furthermore, I also found that their competitors sell those keys for less than $9, about ¼ of what 'onlinekey service' charges.

Purchased a video game CD key for steam from online key store but I was not sent the CD key and they do not respond to any messages I send to them. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES ON THIS SITE - ONLINE KEY STORE IS RUBBISH.

Bought several keys for office and Windows and they were already used. They promised a payback and I never received one...

I bought the wrong license and for obvious reasons, couldn't 'return' it. Customer service was AWESOME. I got a quick response via email on a Saturday and my issue was resolved to our mutual satisfaction.

Ignoring my support ticket. Not serious at all.

Terrible store. Ordered key on their website, payment got completed with PayPal, never received key. Created 2 tickets, to which nobody responded. When you try to refund through their website, link doesn't work, so it is impossible to refund. I added customer service on skype with ID provided on their website, nobody answered. Wrote email to their customer service, nobody answered. Finally I filed complaint/refund request through PayPal. 20 minutes after me filing complaint @Paypal, my order status at onlinekeystore.com magically changed from "procesing" to "failed", eventhough payment has obviously NOT FAILED (got taken money from paypal). After proving to paypal payment went through just fine, but I haven't received the key, I finally got money refunded.

SCAM! BAD WEBSITE! AVOOOOOOIDDDD! THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET IT BACK.

Buyed Steam Key for Game "Dead Space" and never got it. Write two Tickets to Support and two emails. No respond!

I found out about this website overlooking on the Internet for State of Decay Code for Steam. Every-time I click on a link to there website. I get this info: Error 108 Acess Denied. What happened?. The Owner of the website has banned. your IP address (71.208.38.158). Always makes me go what the heck man.

Just ordered a key process went threw I had $70CAD ordered a game which was in USD money came out of my paypal as well as my visa did not get the key nor did I receive a response from the support team contacted them on skype and would seem that they blocked my skype so I cant message them anymore.

Unfortunately I came away from some sites that appeared to rate OnlineKeyStore highly, but I have since confirmed that they have degenerated into a scam organisation. I simply bought a digital key for Planet Coaster for PC for AUD$47.81 through PayPal after which they confirmed that the transaction went through. Thinking the delivery of the key was immediate I searched my account to then find that the transaction had a "Detected Fraud" label attached.

This is how the conversation went:

Initial enquiry from me:
This is my first order that was successfully completed through PayPal which has excellent security. I have attached a copy of the receipt you have sent to my email. What now?

1 hr later I added:
I'm not too sure how this has happened. You have my money (confirmed through PayPal) so logically you send me the key?

Their response (9 hours later):
Sorry for the delay here, Your order is now being processed and will be with you very soon. If you require anything else please re-open this ticket and we will be happy to address any issues you have.

Followed 40 minutes later:
We have refunded your item, this should show in your account instantly but if it hasn't please allow up to 5 working days.

From the original AUD$47.81 they refunded AUD$29.99

My response:
This is not a refund.
I paid $47.81 you "refunded" me $29.99. Why have you done this when there was no issue with the transaction and I did not ask for a refund?

There response has been silence.

So this partial refund somewhat appeases the situation and puts them in a semi-decent light with Paypal as they can challenge that it comprises an admin fee.

Of course this is all rubbish and even though it's not a huge amount I'm sure it all adds up when they inflict this upon multiple customers.

Bought 2 games, first time I got the game instantly and key worked fine. Second time I don't receive the key before the day after I order it, in the mean time before I receive the game I ticket for a refund which they answer after delivering my key:

Ordered a STEAM key. Got it quite fast but the key was invalid.
After repeatedly contacting support for a refund, creating tickets and providing the requested screenshots and evidence they stopped replying to the tickets.
It's been two months now and i still don't have my money back.

Bought 2 games got 1 key? (i change this if the sopport gave me the other one)
