ordered a flight sim controller in august, which came faulty. it took them two weeks to respond to me, then a month to collect the item (which they suggested i pay for) i just recently received a refund in November. over 2 months after requesting a refund, which i had to follow up many times.
there's no direct line to call, if you email, they leave you waiting weeks, spend many times talking to bots just to get someone to answer your query.
with Christmas coming up, id highly suggest purchasing gifts elsewhere, don't risk having an issue with a product for them to leave you waiting months for a replacement or refund.
if i could give 0 stars i would, the sooner this company is gone the better.

Bought an Xbox online as a gift but decided to return it as it turned out to be an unneeded present. Sent it back by next day special delivery and was told a refund would take up to 14 days. NEVER happened. Was then promised I would be refunded this week due to a backlog. They have had the device a month now and it’s still not processed. Absolutely shocking would never recommend

(Just thought i mention this post has been up.for nearly a week and i ticked the option Game can contact me but they arent bothered enough to..)one star is for the so called mangers that deem it such a fab idea to waste my time in their shop. I understand the games cases are empty on the shelves ... but when they have a full display of a particular game on show in their shop ..you take the case to the till .. the staff searching for it then have to go in the back room ..then come out ten minutes later only to say its out of stock??? But I can get it on.line.(no thanks) when I question why they have so many display cases on their shelves promoting a particular game. They Inform me they have been told they have to display out of stock game the on their shelves by the management (i was informed Sport Direct own the Game ) or face a fine???? How on earth are their stores doing business ..they are falsely advertising a game knowing they haven't it in stock. Or they have to put on a sticker to say takt to till to check for stock ????? Again another waste of time waiting in queue just to be told its out of stock... (this particular game has no such sticker.) Whoever deem this such a great fab idea needs to be sacked !!!!

November 27 : Ordered Nintendo Switch
November 30: FedEx stole it. Gamestop Rep submitted a replacement.
December 2: No email. Called customer service again. No request resubmitted. No information on where my order was. No supervisor to help the rep find my order/package status. I requested a refund.

Common Scene would say double box your item in a unmarked boxes or remove the stamp on the boxes and use tissue paper inside or something smarter. I will never order from Gamestop again.

Please, please DO NOT buy from Game Shop. It is a SCAM!!! As soon as I purchased my item through PayPal, I realized something was not right. They took the money immediately. I contacted them to cancel. They said they would refund me my money. After days, nothing. I contacted PayPal who reached out to them. Then I receive an email that my order was shipped. Why? I canceled my order. That’s not the best part… I received an empty package! I should have done more research and I hope I’m able to help others. Run away from this seller!!!!

Do not trust this site. I used PayPal to buy from Gameshop thinking it was reliable, but the seller said they refunded my item, when in reality, the money has not been returned.

Ordered something from them two months ago. Still haven't received it. Got an email from them saying that the package got water on it and they could not scan it.Right now I'm in the middle of trying to get them to give me a refund. I should have done more research before I bought something. It is 100% scam and anybody that says otherwise is a part of their scam.

This site is a scam living don't buy anything from them deer lord look at those prices ridiculous!

I ordered a game for my husbands xmas. Game never recieved had 1 email response but still no game. Dont know if there is anyway if getting my money back but would suggest you never buy from this site.

Ordered two games on the 25 of May now ten days later no response not processed and emailed then did there bot response crap downloaded there shop app to track both are horrible. Customer service/support not good. Told 2-3 days for my order 13 days later they took my money instantly and nothing has happened since.

Ok imma be honest, I just got scammed from IGVAULT, but onlinegames is so much better. I got my item in 5 minutes and had great customer support, her name was linda and she was so helpful!

They advertise fast delivery but that is not the case with Madden 19 coins. In fact, I got them to admit that they do not keep coins in stock. They start working on the order after you make the purchase. The original response I received when I asked about the time frame was "may take hours or a day". For the size of the order I placed, I understood. 24 hours later...nothing. I went to the live chat for assistance and they still had not even started on my order! I relisted again for another 24 hours thinking that my displeasure would speed them up...NOPE! 48 hours later I still had received ZERO coins. At this point I was furious and they asked me to break up my auctions into two so they could give me some within 12 hours (only 1/3 of what I bought) and that they would buy the rest within 24 hours. I did that & still NOTHING! After 72 hours I finally received the first 1/3 of my order and it took another 48 hours to receive the last 2/3. In total my order took FIVE days to get filled after I was told "a few hours maybe a day". I have no idea how long it actually would have taken had I not stayed on them every day to work on my order. The process is so frustrating too. I had to send them a screenshot of EVERY auction listing I made. So every time I had to relist, I had to take another screenshot and send another worthless email. Use someone...anyone else! This company is terrible!!!

Never received the product I purchased, User-site communication is very poor.

The website isn't a scam, however, their business practices are terrible. They require you to "verify" your purchase within a set amount of item, and if you don't, you have your order removed.

If you open a paypal case against them they ask you it and always respond in chat with derogatory tones, such as when I said I closed it the representative responded: "NO, it is not."

Do not buy, it is not worth it.

Got everything within the hour and their live chat was very helpful and the prices for the rocket league items were very cheap I would definitely use this site again.

Refuses to process a refund for the product that they did not deliver after telling me it was in stock right before I ordered. Filed a dispute, and then claimed they will only deliver the product after removing the dispute against them, making it impossible to file a new one if they do not follow through with actually processing your order. At first they claimed they needed to wait for their manager come in, then they told me the manager came in and went home so I would have to wait another two days before the came back to work. In other words these people are a complete scam. Don't purchase anything from them.

Reliable!!! Delivery of coins within 20 mins , with most friendly ,fast and cooperative Customer Service !!!Prices are also cheap compared to other coin sites !! Recommendable !!!
