Excellent Service

Easy to request the samples and received very quickly.
Telephoned to ask a couple of questions. The call was answered very quickly and dealt with in a professional manner. Placed order on line and delivered within the time scale quoted. Product was very good and priced competitively

Faulty carpet.shame as delivery quick

Ordered online all items delivered as requested and only took 3 days . All good until layed carpet to see a line(s) down the carpet. Obviously wudnt have been just our carpet as they get many cuttings off a roll. No way of knowing this was on the carpet until its been taken out of packaging and layed. Thus online carpets states check all ok with carpet before fitting. This fault is not visible until being layed at which point its too late. As said cant see it just been our cut of carpet so if they were aware shud have not sent any further orders from the faulty roll. Everything else was good abt the order shame the actual carpet wasnt to the standard it should have been.

Easy ordering

Easy ordering, fast delivery !!! Carpet was exactly what we wanted… had seen it in a local shop but they had a supplier problem and couldn’t guarantee a delivery date!!! It was cheaper online and arrived when specified. Will be using carpets online again!!

I purchased flooring from Online…

I purchased flooring from Online Carpets twice in the same month, and unfortunately both times they cancelled my order on the same day the delivery was scheduled.
On both occasions, they took payment and assured me that the flooring was in stock and would be delivered. The first time, they cancelled on the day of delivery, saying the flooring was out of stock and offered an alternative product.
Before placing the second order, I asked them to physically check the stock, as I explained we had already had the same issue before. They happily checked and confirmed there was plenty in stock. They apologised, took my order again, and then — surprise, surprise — cancelled it again on the scheduled delivery day.
They were very apologetic, but kept repeating the same story over and over again, blaming the system instead of actually resolving the issue.
Twice in the same month they took payment, twice they assured me the flooring was in stock, and twice they wasted my time. In total, this has cost me around a month in delays.
It feels like they take the order, take the money, cancel the delivery, and then try to offer alternative flooring that is actually available.
Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I would not recommend relying on them if you need materials delivered on time.

Unfortunately, on this occasion there was a discrepancy between our live stock system and the physical stock available, and despite checking prior to your second order, this was not identified until the warehouse came to process it. We appreciate that this explanation does not make up for the inconvenience or the delays you experienced.

We recognise that this caused significant disruption to your plans, and we apologise for the time you lost as a result.

I can't fault this company at all.

I can't fault this company at all.
We ordered some free samples in order to choose our carpet. Once chosen, the carpet arrived on time and the communication was great.
The quality of the carpet and underlay is great and given the price, makes it a fantastic purchase.
I will definitely be using Online Carpets again.
