I ordered online & received an expansion tank. This was done using my registration number in order to obtain the correct part. The incorrect part was sent & received but when I asked for a refund I had to print off a returns label & order note which I cannot do without a printer. (I will add I also gave them my chassis/engine number as they questioned the item not fitting!) I contacted the company using their useless chat service and was told without the printed information I couldn't return it. They did not offer to print this off so because I didn't have access to a printer they just kept typing "use the label & you will receive your credit". I gave a 1 star ratings as they are useless at matching a number plate to a part & unhelpful during the returns process.

Ordered and paid for a lower front…
Ordered and paid for a lower front grill for my BMW on 24th Feb, item seemed to be shipped promptly but when it landed in the hands of EVRI it just disappeared.
I have had no EVRI updates since the 28th Feb.
On the 9th March I went online and asked for a refund due to no part delivered and tis refund is hopefully being processed now so I can go and buy the part elsewhere.

Avoid, 5 weeks and some parts haven't arrived
Ordered parts on 2 February and when they arrived there was big hole in box and 2 wheel bearings were missing and 2 wishbone were wrong size . I informed them and they sent me a return slip for wishbones and bearings so I sent wishbone back with note attached to receipt asking for replacement wishbones and that the bearings were not delivered. A week later they refunded me for wishbones so I messaged them and they said they couldn't refund bearings because I hadn't returned them. I informed them again that bearings hadn't arrived and I wanted wishbones replaced, he said he could do that and sent me a pay link for wishbones so I paid. A week later they have emailed me saying they won't send wishbones until I have paid for wheel bearings again and another email saying they will send return slip for wheel bearings. So I have now paid for wishbones and wheel bearings about £100 and after 5 weeks still no closer to getting them.

Sent wrong part. Take money immediately, refund it slowly....
Edit- company contacted me after complaint and told me that I didn't have to send back the wrong part and refunded me. Couldn't ask for more in fairness- would use again on that basis.
Original review. Sent wrong part, described as fitting did not. Now I have to go through the neck-ache of sending it all back before they give a refund. The part that thay now say I need is not in stock. Expensive and annoying waste of time. As ever, they take your money instantly, make you wait 5 days for your (wrong) part now I have to wait for them to hand my money back.

VFR Master cylinder repair kit.
Item was as described, reasonable price & arrived quickly. The small item could have been posted in a small Jiffy bag through my letterbox but instead came in a 26cmx26cm x14cm box for which I was charged circa £8.40 postage? The Evri delivery guy kindly left the said parcel on my doorstep for everyone to see as I was not in! Luckily I returned in time to retrieve it ( I was Not a happy bunny ). I gave Evri negative feedback..
The sales team contacted me later ( com's very good) to discuss a resolution & look into the logistics of my purchase & perhaps come up with a better solution for small items & also gave me a discount voucher for my next purchase!
I am very pleased with my initial purchase & can recommend this company as a customer caring supplier who I will be using again.
