The experience of shopping online with Kitco is overall great due to the variety of products and easy payment. I do have one suggestion which is important for me become a long-term customer. The issue is that I have 2-3 times over in recent few months that I can't login the website due to technical error. There is one time I can login the website but lost the link to click VaultChain to view the balance. The uncertainty such as is a concern. In addition, it would be great to have an APP of Kitco to shop online and check VaultChain balance. Theses are reason holding me to keep purchasing more. Thank you for your time. It will be appreciated if your team can provide a response to my comments.

I had money in my Kitco Account. I was able to order a product as a gift and easily pay for the product and associated costs with the money in the account. Then I received an email confirmation with all the details.

Very hard to find small coins to give as gifts to younger adults. They’re never seems As there was years ago, dedicated to mall, weight gifts, i.e. coins, or wafers that are well protected.

Delivery issues - Kitco doesn't always update delivery as instructed
I updated my address and Kitco sent my order to an old address. When I spotted the error and contacted Kitco a representive told me he updated my address (removed a old statement that not current address). I was told my order would be picked up from the delivery carrier but instead my purchase was sent back to Kitco. Today someone told me it would be sent back to my house but I would have to pay for a 2nd delivery. It was Kitco error not mine that led to initial wrong delivery. I updated address before order was sent and then I agreed to pick up product but instead it was sent back to Kitco. Kitco did take care of this and the product was delivered to the correct address. The product quality fully met my expectations.

Dealing with Jordan today was a pleasure. My only regret is that I did not discover kitco earlier. Kitco has been fabulous to deal with on every level I am currently selling but when I begin to buy again I will be buying from kitco.
