Terrible experience.

We called 7 or 8 times this week and sent several emails. And no answer to the confirmation of delivery. We have to cancel the order. Very very bad experience!

Impossible to communicate with them. They said they would deliver my pallets today, i have received no response from them. Its almost two weeks since i ordered them

The delivery went fine, however, I was very disappointed by the quality of the pallets. I ordered category A, so I didn’t expect them to come wet, at some points green colored and broken…

The product (a bed) is exactly as advertised and it was delivered reasonably fast (just a few days). I cannot give a higher rating though, because my emails were ignored on multiple occasions and I wasn't informed about delivery. Even though the delivery note had the expected day of delivery written on it when handed to me with the pallets, I was only informed a minute (one!) in advance by the driver. On a Saturday morning too, it's was lucky that we were home. There's no space to store 14 pallets if we weren't at home so i was naturally a bit anxious about the delivery, even took extra home office days just in case. Why not just let customers know? Just the day, or an estimation. Or maybe reply to inquires. Sad I couldn't do higher rating, otherwise it was a good experience.

Horrible, quick refund

item was never delivered. tried to call, whatsapp, email, messenger. no response. practically i have been robbed.

Edit, after posted here, the seller responded to my email and said that it will be delivered on 21/9/23. I replied asking at what time as i need it before 10am but did not respond. I purchased it 9 days ago to be safe. I guess it was not enough.

Excellent product! We have these pallets now for more then a year and we are completely satisfied with it. I'm gonna order some more this year for this is a great outside experience.

Same comment as someone else made recently: very poor costumer service. I placed the order 2 days ago, yesterday morning I received a text message when I could pick it up and didn't hear anything back on my reply ever since. Business phone seems to be shut off and no one replies to my e-mail in a timely matter. I am worried a about my money spent.

Absolute disappointment so far!! Even tho they advertise fast delivery (withing 2 working days), it has been more than a week since I ordered my pallets and I'm still waiting. This is fine as long as it is communicated but even though I tried to call and email them more than 10 times, nobody answers my calls or responds to my emails, which makes me very insecure about the money I already paid.

pallets were not as qualitative as in the pictures (wood was severely damaged). send an email to ask if they could be replaced but never got a response. i paid 90€ for 4 pallets (30€ delivery) and I can not recommend the product or service for that price

Update (18/9/21): I received an email yesterday morning that pallets could be exchanged for better ones. I am still awaiting a response and a date when they could be delivered

Fast delivery, good quality still for used pallets. The guy who deliverd was very friendly and helped us getting the cargo up in the elevator.
