shitoshi told me to share the love on…

shitoshi told me to share the love on trust pilot i dont trust them they have raped my wallet for that last time the send crypto at the slowest rate possible and take a fee when they say they dont they turned off withdrawals of theyre native coin because it actually gained value and they claim theyre better then coinbase when all they are the dave app with crypto.

I love using Juno

I love using Juno! It has made my experience with using Crypto so much better. It is a very user friendly platform with plenty of options to use my money how I want. I save the most when I use my Juno account. Also, I've contacted customer service through the online chat and dealt with Mrunal, who was very polite and helpful and made me realize my concern was nothing to be worried about. Thanks Juno!! I have been with Juno for a few years…

I have been with Juno for a few years and have seen how this company has grown and evolved with always having the customers interest 1st always. Although it's a company it always makes you feel like you're speaking to a person that genuinely cares. I would recommend this as a great option for your $ account and for trouble free global use, great card to use in Mexico and USA...

I received a deposit in my account on…

I received a deposit in my account on 21st of June 2023. Ever since then,I have been unable to initiate Withdrawal and purchase bitcoin which was my sole purpose of choosing Juno. It keeps saying permission denied. Please contact support. I proceeded to contact support and even though I wasn’t comfortable with the details they asked me to share,I proceeded to providing the support team with all the details they requested for. Since then,I have been writing to them via email back to back and have been getting responses from Shubam not providing me with details on how my account issue will be fixed but telling me some sort of team is working on it. I at a point sense that the app is a scam and what the owners are trying to do is steal my tax returns from me.

Ridiculous

Well where do I start- I've been a customer for over a year.
1. My year to date statement says I'm -$4000.00 that's absurd
2. I had my wallet stolen two months ago and lost over $750 in fraudulent charges filed a police report submitted all required documents. As of today Zero response of any kind.
3. The last 6 months of direct deposits haven't been recorded so I haven't received my Juno Tokens?
4. I'm still waiting on my Cash Back from merchants for over 45 days over $75.
5. The crypto exchange rates are pulled out of thin air? Some of the exchange rates have never existed since the coin/token opening!!

Never got my $42.00 back when y’all said you sent it back too my bank and I showed y’all my bank never got nothing back and when I ask y’all bout it you just put someone new on the ask support and try to restart the hole process

I received a deposit in my account yesterday 27th of Juno
I’m new to crypto and all of it so I decided a bank with all options might be good.
Fast forward to yesterday after I received my deposit and tried to purchase bitcoin with it they kept saying “Permission denied, contact support” I contacted support and after waiting 3 hours for support that they said “ typically replies within an hour” I received a mail saying that my account had been placed on hold and I would need to submit a video, selfie, W2 and tax return forms and I’m wondering why the hell they need my W2 and tax return
I can smell it’s a little ploy to lock my account and never give me access to my money but I’ll be going through with it and will give an update
