I still haven’t got my product what I have waited. Shipping should took 2-3 days mine package have been in delivery over week and I haven’t heard anything about package.

I've bought two padel rackets from ongoal and I have been very happy with the delivery times and most of all to the customer service through FB messenger. I'm very strict with my racket selection and my requests for a specific weight for the rackets have been taken into account and the rep in the chat has double checked my request reaches the warehouse so I get the exact racket I wanted. Great service - wholeheartedly recommended 👍

Ongoal tog tag i problemet och löste den!
Well I ordered a rowing machine and a mat last Wednesday evening. Next day, I got a tracking number with delivery expected on Tuesday evening. The package was delivered. Unfortunately only the mat was delivered. I contacted Ongoal through their Facebook messenger after kl 21:00 and within a half hour they contacted me:) it’s now Wednesday morning and I received a reply from Ongoal with a link to track my package and an apology from Livingsport A/S for not informing them or myself that the rowing machine is sent from another location. My package is expected on Friday before 17:00. If there are any issues, I’ll be sure to leave a negative review for Livingsport A/S as they should take care in the reputation of their business clients.
Uppdatering: Jag har fått maskinen den 19 Nov. 2022 utan problem med konstant uppföljning från Ongoal. Är jätte nöjd med maskinen. Jag rekommenderar Ongoal till tusen!

Good pricepoint and helpful service
First of I got a very good price, and the checkout process was quick and simple. Had a issue with the equipment i received after a short time using it and contact OnGoal, they where more than helpfull and made sure I recieved a new shipment. Talked to them using messenger app and this was perfect. Got answers to my questions within minutes. This will be my new go-to web shop from now on! Highly recommend!

I had to pay £42 additional import tax at the point of delivery to UPS ! I could have refused delivery and sought a refund from you .
This tax implication is not clearly mentioned on your website .
Please make the tax implications clearer.
