If I could give 0 stars..

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. At first I liked the bank, and I never had any trouble with them until this month. I had disputed two transactions from Tmobile, and provided all the proof necessary, and I won the dispute. They close my account September 6th due to “fraudulent” activity. Theres no way there was any fraudulent activity, because the two disputes were the only two transactions i’ve ever disputed on my account. Other than that I used my card like any normal person would. I didn’t find this out until Yesterday (September 23rd) when I had to call cause I wasn’t able to use my card. So I talked to a higher up (Supervisor) I believe, and she was just as confused as I was. When a manager, or a supervisor is just as confused as you that’s how you know something is wrong. She told me that she looked at my account for a while, and she didn’t see any reason at all for my account to be closed. She told me that she saw the disputes, and that Tmobile had agreed to give me my money back, so she wasn’t sure as to why my account got closed. She was very helpful, and told me she would escalate my account to the people higher than her, and put me as Urgent. I emailed them like she told me to, and the response I got back was “Thank you for your email. We have closed your account. You may refer to section 28 related to account closures in the Terms and Conditions. There are no funds to be disbursed and the account will remain closed.” Thankfully I moved my money as soon as I got it, because I’m sure they would’ve tried to keep my money, and I would’ve fought hard for my money, cause I ain’t no fraud. Wanna call me a “Fraud”, This company is fraud.

One VIP is holding my direct deposit

One VIP (a financial company who offers prepaid banking services) received a payment deposited into my bank account in my name from Horne TN ERAP2(Tennessee emergency assistance program ) on April 10th , 2023.
After receiving the deposit OneVIP asked me to provide documentation for the purpose of identity verification. I Provided a photocopy of my State Driver License. OneVIP decided that it wasn't sufficient and the account was labeled fraud. Shortly after, OneVIP closed my account.
However, 14 months later they still have the money and it has not been returned to the sender (the originating Bank) nor have they remitted it to me.
