I recently subscribed to the service and was having a bit of difficulty with the app I was using. James from customer service helped me through it patiently and went above and beyond the call of duty and remotely set me up on a wayyy better app and now I'm going to loose my job because I won't want to leave my house!! Great service. I’ve been with them for about 15 months and it is worth it. We had a few hiccups along the way, but as does everyone else. There is no such thing as 100% perfect.

The quality and sound in surround in my theatre room are very clear and crisp for what it is. I like how I can watch any country over the globe. I speak 6 languages so I enjoy this a lot.

Amazing choice of channels and Vod's. On some occasions, there is some buffering but nothing to be concerned about.
