My units are ALL faulty (6/6), where charging light and charger stays powered, even when the device charging has been removed. Have to continually remove power cord to reset.

Seller refused to refund. Would not provide a return address even when asked for one multiple times. Eventually after sending the pictures and proof of the fault, they just ignored the broken units and asked me to leave a review instead. So here it is…. They do not honour their returns/refund policy. After involving PayPal and waiting weeks, they finally gave a Chinese address to PayPal, despite saying they are based in Perth, Western Australia. Still in the process of trying to sort out.

Avoid this company.

In response to the reply from the seller, I do not have a mount go unit. The units in my order are 3 in 1 chargers, which have not been returned because the seller hasn’t given me the Australian return address. And nobody has assessed my faulty units.

Still no refund from seller. Reply from the seller is not related to my order at all and is not true in any way. They have not emailed me or taken my faulty units back. I still don’t have a return address.

Ordered 2 items Black Friday sale. Bit of delay receiving BUT upon e-mailing the quick response and follow-up was amazing. Definitely would recommend purchasing from this business.

Last week, I purchased a wireless car phone charger/cradle. The product arrived within a week and it is perfect.
The charger is of excellent quality and when I contacted customer service, they replied within the day.
Outstanding !

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two charging bases from onetapwireless, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I received the products to the daily usage, onetapwireless has proven to be a great choice for my charging base!

Paid for item 8th May 2023. It's 25th May 2023 & still no item! Have approached company for contract phone number but no one answer the mobile number! Have requested an address so I can redirect the item which is still showing as being in transit! But no response! This company can't be trusted! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

It was very easy to contact OneTapWireless and their response was very quick to my enquiry.

When I experienced a problem their response was extremely prompt & they continued to follow up until resolved. The problem was not with their product in the end but with a power adaptor I was using.

I purchased 2 OneTap Wireless chargers on the 9/12/22, requested the order be cancelled on 10/12/22, received an email on the 11/12/22 advising that a refund request has been opened for my order.

I have now been emailing and calling for 4 months with absolutely no response. Please don’t trust this company, as you will burn your money.

I purchased a multi station charger from One Tap Wireless that was broken during delivery. A replacement charger was sent as soon as I contacted the company and sent photos.
The new charger is great. It looks great, is strong and I can charge my phone watch and EarPods together.
I am very happy with the service I have received from this company.

I've only had the OneTapWireless PowerBase a little while but so far so good. It's charging my 3 devices and I'm happy to have been able to clear my bedside table of extra charging cables. Its a shame the charging light is so bright as it lights up the room at night but overall I'm happy with the product and am going to order one for my daughter.

Waste of money . My charger makes a buzzing sound and sometimes doesn’t charge . I wake up for work next morning with my devices on 2% honestly waste of money and I have emailed 3 times and no response .

Terrible - product didn’t even last two weeks before failing. I manage to fix it and hold it together however 6 weeks later and another part fell to bits. It is now good for nothing except the bin. I finally got a response 10 days after sending numerous emails and am still waiting for the business to offer a remedy. Shop elsewhere

I have had mine for a month now and I am very happy with my one tap charging device. It charges my I phone Apple Watch and I pods at the one time. It’s very neat and compact and fast charging. A very good investment.

Had this product about 8 weeks now, it won’t charge my Apple Watch Series 1 and when you take the watch off the stand it really feels very hot to touch on the underbelly of the watch.
I also emailed them about using my Bose earbuds series 1 to see if they were compatible with the charger but the only response I got was be patient with me and still nothing.
When I received the charger I found out the Bose earbuds will charge with the case but the case also appears very hot to touch.

The first charger sent did not charge my Galaxy Watch bit after some lengthy emails Onetap Wireless sent another charger with updates that are compatible with my watch. Everything works now and the product is good. It would have been nice to avoid the delays and emails.

I have sent 3 emails re my faulty Christmas present that won’t charge my air pods and left 20 messages on the mobile phone number provided. No reply except for an automated reply that did not address my problem. The refund and return process is a joke as you can’t reach stage 2 unless they contact you. The refund clause is pure fraud! Beware and do not purchase on line. No return address evident!

Was exactly what I wanted looks stylish & compact charges the 3 devices I have quickly & was delivered quickly. would recommend to anyone looking for this type of product.

Great product which has eliminated multiple charging cords everywhere.
Super handy as a mobile phone stand as well when working at my desk.

It would be great if the brightness of the charge LED’s was adjustable. Bright at night time.

Very easy to order. Arrived within just a few days. The Powerbase charger is an excellent product.
