Shocking service...
I ordered 6 meters of taffeta for an upcoming project, I only received 5 1/2 meters. I sent two emails,messaged them for the online chat WhatsApp group and rang ,but no response. So disappointing, when you buy something and pay for it you you expect to receive what you've ordered.. Won't be using them again.

I order 4 cones of overlocked thread on 18th April & as of today, 25th April I have not heard from the supplier & obviously not received my order. I find this totally unacceptable.

Late delivery, wrong colour
I tried to get in touch with the site as my order was taking over a week with no updates, my fabric arrived today finally and it is not even close to the colour advertised and on top of that it arriving so late and with no communication either way has really put a hold on a project I needed it for with an upcoming deadline

The order was dealt with and despatched quickly it is a pity that the fabric was not cut straight meaning I lost at least 6” of working material. The delivery company did not deliver on the date advised.
