Arrived on time, oven cleaned well. Also asked and paid for the cooker hood extractor to be cleaned. Disappointed that the grease and charcoal filters were not changed and advised to get them from Amazon, so in my opinion only half a job done.
Person was friendly, tidy.

Excellent service, phoned before hand as was running early, which was great. Carpet took around half hour to clean, would recommend them if you are looking for a carpet clean, think they also clean furniture

**Bad Review / Formal Complaint**

I found this company on Facebook and, based on the photos they posted, I was expecting high-quality results. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. There is absolutely **no difference** in my carpet after the cleaning. My family came home and immediately asked why the carpets looked exactly the same.

The man who came to do the job walked upstairs with his shoes on, even though it was raining outside, and didn’t ask whether he should remove them. He cleaned my **four bedrooms in about seven minutes each**, which shows he didn’t put any real effort into the work at all. It felt rushed, careless, and unprofessional.

I paid in cash, and honestly, I don’t see the point in paying for a service that delivered **no results whatsoever**. I am extremely disappointed and will **never use this company again**.

I want to make a formal complaint, as this service was unacceptable.

Was with me over 2 hours cleaning my over, grill & hob! Looks so clean I won’t be using it for the forceable future. Great guy, hardworking.

Booked an appointment with this company. They have previously cleaned my carpets and changed the quote significantly as they said the rooms were bigger than they thought. Ok, fair enough happy to pay a little extra if that is what you are telling me. Today the carpet cleaning operator called to say he had two appointments booked for 9am and asked what time my appointment was for…clearly he had two appointments booked. He arrived and ask me if I was the lady who sent him photos of the marks the dog had made. I said no, I’m not that lady! He then went around the house and quoted me significantly more than quoted via the website. I told him I could not afford to pay double the new quoted amount. And he said if you’re not happy I don't need to do the work…clearly…he had another appointment! He was rude and arrogant with zero customer service skills. I will NEVER use this company again and if you have sense you won’t either. The technician did not leave politely as suggested he did not say goodbye. I also have camera which show a very different version of your technicians opinion, your response says it all to be honest! And to be clear I did ask for three carpets to be cleaned and after he asked if I wanted the other rooms cleaned too, I asked the additional cost. Also if you are video recording me in my own home without permission or notification, I’m sure you sure you have breached my privacy! You CANNOT video someone in a private space without their permission.
