Onesixthkit AKA Chen Sai Kit is a THIEF. Had an issue with an order and he was extremely rude and hard to deal with. Had to get Paypal involved. He then proceeded to block access to his site where I had spent money on preorders. Never refunded my payment. STAY WAY FROM THIS SCUM BAG.
*Update* Not sure what Kit is rambling about in his reply but apparently he is stealing from others as well. Very Sad :(

I received a broken action doll, I asked if a refund was possible and instead of being kind like all the other shopkeepers, he responded badly. First and last purchase from them. Terrible education.

I wouldn't normally go out on a limb for anyone, I'm far too selfish, but for Kit and the team at onesixthkit, I only salute and applaud you guys for the service I've received with every single order, past, present and no doubt in the future (based on the number of pre-orders I have with you!) - I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get into the 1/6 hobby, or simply wanting to ensure top quality service. If you value your time and dignity I highly suggest against dealing with this business. I politely tried to negotiate for a more reasonable price via email for an item I was interested in with customer support because the product they were selling online was overpriced, which it clearly must have been because I managed to find it even cheaper from someone else literally the same day relatively easily. He then very rudely brushed me off and told me if I don't like the price, I can buy elsewhere and so I did. He went on to try to mock me a few days later saying he price checked on ebay and sold it for $150 more than what he was selling it for previously, clearly full of himself and proud of scalp pricing. I put him in his place by responding with a screenshot of my purchase for the same exact item, in better condition, and considerably cheaper than his asking price from someone else and basically said good for him. It's cute that he gets so excited for selling something for $550. It turns out this clown is actually the admin and went on to insinuate that I'm a "lowballer" when I hadn't even given an offer, solely because I tried to get a more reasonable price. Yet I managed to buy the same exact item in better condition and at a more reasonable price like he rudely told me before. This person uses his position as an online retailer to get wholesale pricing from distributors just to leverage and manipulate pricing to scalp his customers, which is absolutely sick and shameful for an online retailer with his own website. This business has absolutely no credibility if how he talks to customers, his reviews, and reputation as an online troll are anything to go by. He is currently harassing me through email and threatening to expose our email correspondence in "public", as if I'm somehow supposed to be afraid of that. This clown clearly enjoys harassing and threatening people online like a coward as he willfully admitted to doing so multiple times to other customers and continued to make himself look like a fool in the process. This says a lot about his business acumen and etiquette if he needs to relegate himself and retort in such a childish manner. I don't even understand how he managed to open his own business, let alone his own online store when he displays such alarmingly childish behavior and demeanor. To summarize, this is a very illogical and narcissistic person coupled with an ungodly amount of ignorance who enjoys distorting facts and throwing online tantrums when told things he doesn't want to hear. Stay away unless you enjoy being harassed and threatened by someone who's supposed to be a respectable business owner.

The seller deleted my account from their website without refunding me for the pre-orders. This person has no honor and is a scammer, which is not surprising at this point. DO NOT PRE-ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Avoid at all cost. Lists stuff on ebay they don't have in stock. No response to mails. Claims on their about us page how great they are, the opposite is the case.

One of the best stores to buy figures, accessories and others but especially to pre-order. It stands out for its free shipping on everything in the store, which the price itself is what it would be worth with shipping included, so it is not so "free" but it is compensated with a very efficient and fast parcel. Even in some pieces it is usually cheaper to use OneSixtKit than in other stores that may charge more for shipping to your country, so nothing to reproach finally.
Pre-orders are safe, and not having to pay the full price of a figure or accessory, is a great advantage for those who can not give the full price at the time but still want to secure their piece. And of course it gives you time to save for the later release, which is quickly shipped after sending the remaining payment.
