20days after my order still hasn't come and even worse: I'll receive an email when they'll ship (so no update in between at all!

Ordered a month ago, no longer receiving replies!
It has been over a month since i order my case and screen protector for my Oneplus 5 here. I repeatedly send messages back and forth with customer service and they told me it will be send this week then that week. So far nothing has been sent yet and the seller has not responded to my refund request. This is utterly ridiculous!

You pay for your delivery and then you wait..... you wait.... and you wait.... No estimated date of delivery no estimated date of shipment. Your order may come in a day or a month. You don't know and you never will. And don't expect the instant chat to be of any help. I ordered something straight from China and it came faster than my order from oneplus-shop. And they dare ask me to review then even tho they didn't even send my order yet...

Ik bestelde een hoes dat nooit werd geleverd en de winkel dringde erop aan dat zijn system anders zegt! Mijn geld verspild! Verschrikkelijk!
Probably I didn't make myself clear in Dutch. The order was NEVER delivered and the shops says it is ALREADY delivered. So it's not about waiting for the delivery. It's about a parcel that's lost in the way or may be never shipped first place. Got it now??
