A Waste

The software is poor and they will not work to solve fundemental software issues. We have been trying to make this work for a few months and reported our issues immidiately. Nothing has happened.
The screen continues to freeze, items will not move, or they will move on their own to the completely wrong place, you cannot customize items to fit your event and removing/replacing items does not work.
Sadly this was a waste of valueable time for the planning of our event.

Traumatic experience, gaslighting and thretening

In the french team gashlighting, bad behavior, and event very bad joke and threatening collegues, not collaborating is a standard for the managers.

OnePlan is the easiest event mapping software, period

OnePlan is the easiest event mapping software on the market. I love the simple Google map overlay and the drag and drop builder with built in calculations etc. It really is an event planner's dream. 5* recommended!
