Luxury cashmere jumpsuit
Ordered a wool jumpsuit to wear around the home during cold weather and it came up big. I left a review and was contacted by one piece advising to contact their customer care department regarding alterations. I followed their advice and after dealing with Kajsa who was absolutely amazing I now love my jumpsuit. It’s very warm, feels great and fits perfectly. 5/5 for the jumpsuit and 6/5 for the awesome customer service from Kajsa.
Not worth it!
Their sizing is ridiculously incorrect, and when you inevitably have to exchange or return, they charge absurd shipping costs, take a lifetime to respond to emails and process refunds… and in my case, they then shorted me $60+ on my refund, and now have to wait for weeks again to get a response.
The jumpsuits themselves are decent but not nearly worth what they charge, many hundreds of dollars for an extremely average product that should cost a fraction of the price. Absolutely not worth it, and customer service is terrible. Buyer beware

I have tried to contact them for weeks! 3 different emails. And they don’t respond. I have a size xs I bought last year and it fits perfectly, I bought a new one now and I measured it too before buying but it was sooo small. So I needed a return and exchange to a size bigger. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH! I don’t have any return label to send it back either?? Now I have a one piece I can’t even use!!! So much money!! Stay away.

This time I didn't get the size right: the onepiece I had from them was from years ago and I got a little confused (well, quite a lot) and also, I wanted them to arrive in time for my wedding. It's going to be the onepiece I wear that day! So, in my rush, I ended up messing up the order.
Even so, I'm very grateful to customer service, especially Kajsa, who made everything so easy for me: the return, choosing the right size... In short, thanks to them, We are ready for the wedding with our onepiece (my fiance too)!

What is going on OnePiece
What is going on OnePiece, your designs are not as good as they were years ago. Boring, bland and uninspiring. They used to be so funky, do you have a different designer, if you have, sack them. Really wanted to buy a onesie in the black Friday sale, but found nothing that stood out for me. The denim products were nice, but only one colour, acid wash, could do with a dark or medium denim colour as acid wash went out in the 90s. I ended up going on Vinted and buying pre loved older Onepiece onesies that people were selling at a fraction of the price. I bought a lovely denim brand new with tag one for 22 pounds, bargain.
Problem finally solved

After my insanely negative review below, I finally heard from Onepiece.
I guess they are legally apologized for not responding.
I keep my review, though, because I Think it might be useful for people to know, that there might be a problem here with e-mails bouncing.
I was actually getting really furious, as my review shows, and I felt cheated, manipulated and stupid.
But I just received a very pleasant e-mail with instructions and a returnlabel.
@ Onepiece:
I Will highly recommend, that you start sending returnlabels with the items, when you ship. Other stores do that, and only withdraw the money for the returnlabels, if they are used.
In that case you wouldn’t risk that your costumers would feel helpless for not being able to return an item.

They do not respond, when you try to contact them. If you are so lucky to get your ordered item, it is impossible to reach them to ask for a refund, when the size or colour is wrong. This firm sucks. I hope they will burn in hell.

No. That isn’t the case. And I have been writing to you over and over again on excactly that email-address. I have tried to reach you on support@ onepiece.com several times. No answer what so ever. Also tried this emailaddress: vip@ onepiece.com
But do not get any answers, not even a confirmation-email, that you have received my message.
Stop trying to blame some false webpage for your own failure.

Good onesie, expensive shipping
Very happy with the onesie, appears to be good quality. But I find it ridiculous that there is not free shipping and free returns on an item that costs more than £150! Also there is only one option for returns shipping, which costs nearly £10, on an item that nobody can try on in person.

Good quality material and warm but unfortunately, a good product is spoiled by a cheap zip which broke after just over a year. I will now buy a cheaper brand and wont mind it not lasting so long.

Love the onesie’s but delivery/returns are a scam
Love the onesie’s, I have three of them, but purchased one for my partner for valentines which cost me £90 plus £7 delivery. He doesn’t like the onesie so went to send it back and they wanted to charge me another £10 to return it!! No option to use another cheaper carrier. So if I return it would have spent £17 for nothing!! Disgraceful one piece, you did have a repeat customer, not any more……

Zips break in wash
The jumpsuits are nice and the puppy is incredibly warm. But I have bought 2 now and both zips have broken in the wash even though I followed instructions, shame as not usable now.
The changed one but refused to change or repair the second one.

Am I glad I found this company
Am I glad I found this company. My puppy jumpsuit and New Vegan Shearling arrived yesterday. We live in the Ligurian Apennines in Italy. Winter is cold and, when there’s no sun, miserable. We have an old diesel boiler which is currently not working so my house is +4° C. I put on the puppy jumpsuit and instantly the heat it created was wonderful. As someone else said, I felt my body relax. I can now sit and enjoy TV even though the ambient temperature is so low. Dog walking in this mountainous cold is suddenly a pleasure again. Draw back is going to the loo - when you have to strip off you are suddenly confronted with how cold it actually is… My next one, and there will be a next one, will have the rear exit. I look like a teddy bear, which for the Italians is not wildly fashionable, but I don’t care - I’m warm! I’ve only tried the new vegan shearling one quickly, but it seems even warmer. Sizing was a bit of an issue, but my advice would be to look at the size guide and measure yourself. Postal service is excellent- arrived a day earlier, and since I was rather desperate, this was much appreciated.

I own three jumpsuits. My height is approximately 5'5" and I weigh 9 stone. I purchased sizes small and medium, both of which provide an excellent fit. The quality is exceptional, and I experienced no issues with the service.

This was a gift
First of all, their size chart is not accurate. Unfortunately, there is no place for me to leave a review on their website to discuss it and most of the reviews are not helpful. I followed the chart for the recommended height. While the garment technically fit, it was tight in the hips for a man who is not particularly out of proportion. Also, not comfortable to move around in with that fit. So if you are considering, just know that you are better off minimally ordering a size up from their chart unless you are particularly "skinny." So I need to return the item.
The paperwork that came with the item notes returns and exchanges are available, however when I went to input all the information, there is no option to actually exchange. I had to pay shipping on the original purchase which was $14.90USD and the shipping to return is also $14.90 so you will have to pay for the return. Since I cannot exchange, I would have to repurchase the item which is now on a lesser sale price and I will again have to pay shipping. But I am also concerned about fit on a replacement item so I am not going to bother with this merchant.
