I have used this site recently and agree completely with other reviews,it’s a SCAM I originally signed up for a day pass at a cost of £0.99 I was billed £22 then 1day later a further £22 and the day after that a further £47.19 I have since had to freeze my account to prevent anymore payments being taken, there’s no clear billing Ie notifications when credit is running low,no mention of automatic billing on initial sign up and no way of contacting admin from the home page, also in my opinion a large percentage if not all so called contacts are fake, look at a lot of the profile pictures there are quite a few on one profile that don’t even appear to be of the same person, also a lot of the replies given are one word replies then nothing, these are also generic replies,I’m currently contemplating contacting the Uk fraud Squad to get these scummy scammers shut down.

please do NOT sign up! they are scammers. trying to take out different amounts of money throughout the day. they dont let you delete your account!!! please cancel your card!!!

Figured out after signing up for the 99 cent trial that it is all robots that send messages on their website. I cancelled (did their whole Spiel of going through the website and calling their number) but got charged again. Called them back and got explained that the guy I talked to first didn't actually cancel the account but signed me up for not one but two other websites. So I got double charged the next month. They route you through their call center to make you feel you cancel but actually just take more money. Obviously a scam. That they are able to take credit card and there is a legit bank out there that processes them is beyond me. Who runs that banks compliance department?

2 times now tried on windows to cancel 2 subscriptions but still comes out of bank, each time it says subscriptions will deactivate after receiving confirmation but confirmation does not come. Please deactivate my subscription and confirm thank you
And now another email to say taking money it's every week now will be 3 times this month Help I can t stop this
UPDATE 14-03-2023
Following on from and email i followed the process online then phoned the number quoting the cancellation reference number off the deactivation process, The chap on the phone said he would pass on to the billing department and I wouldn't be charged again he did however say I would recieve another email in a few minutes this hasn't turned up its been 17 hrs since so I am a bit apprehensive and feel billing will take place, I shall update in due course

Is an absolute scam dont waste your time or money. All the profiles are fake and are bots you can tell within two sentences thats its a bit and not a real person and if you report them as fake they do nothing about it.Also to cancel a subscription is a nightmare. I signed up for a trial and then tried to cancel and it won't let you do it on the website at all. You then phone them and ask to cancel and just get told "we have upgraded you to premium for free" I didn't ask for premium I wanted the payments to stop coming out of my account. I'm so pleased I recorded the call as I have sent all the info to the consumer watchdog as I ask multiple times have you cancelled the subscription so I don't get charged and more (a simple yes or no question) and they keep skirting around it EDIT 3/3/23 to show how untrustworthy they are I have received an email stating that they think my review is not genuine which is hilarious as I have now submitted my account number and other details twice to show I am a legitimate client. I have also noticed they have been doing fake reviews on here in the last 24 hours giving themselves 5 stars. Be very careful with this site

They get a 1 star rating because you can’t give 0 or -0……..where to start with this dreadful site lol………It is completely rammed from top to bottom with Africans posing from fake accounts…….I got swamped within 20 minutes of being on there with every single profile trying to get me on WhatsApp or Google Chat,Everyone of them had UK towns and Cities on their profile and everyone was not in the UK,mostly Africa and most likely guys in Internet cafes!!!They are after as much information as they can get on you, give them WhatsApp and they have your cell number as well.Stay way way far away from this site and cancel your repeat billing if you must try it …….just the worst experience ever !!!!……..A Lame response from a scam site basically, word for word absolute crap……..Clean your site up …..you take peoples money and do nothing about it

Just terrible charged me even I I requested cancellation then told me I wouldn’t be charged anymore to then charge again. Update I have been asked for more information but can’t find anywhere to submit it

I would love to give this one star but I can't. I'm slightly addicted to this site.
Yes they have a dubious payment arrangement with other linked sites. So here's a tip. Scroll through before you make your payment and make sure there are no further ticks fir unwanted subscriptions on other sites. Also not happy that my profile does appear on these other sites. This is something that should be addressed by trading standards or some other governing body.
Back to the site. There are plenty of genuine customers and a few fakes. I came across one who was actually selling her service. I blocked her as that's my right to do so.
I've also experienced real people and had a blast. What I don't like is the fact that it seems long messages appear to be sent but not. As on a couple of occasions the person I've been chatting to says the can't read the message or not seen it.
Also it's an adult dating site. Yet they block email addresses. So you're expected to communicate only through the website.
But on the basis that I've actually spoken to real people I can vouch that this is a site worth sticking with. Just remember to remove payments and subscriptions to other sites before making final payment.
One last thing a lot of adds for other sites and admin bombard you with emails too
AS all others say -
DON'T DO IT!
Site is fraudulent in so many ways.
Firstly - I spoke to hundreds of people - and soon discovered they are all BOTS! You can test this by saying random things and you get odd responses. If they aren't bots - the often they just want to get your whatsapp (get your phone number.)
Also - they take money from your account for one-click add-ons! But what's worse is they actually gave my payment details and charged my for a completely DIFFERENT site and made up stuff about small print.
Money grabbing and fake - should be ashamed.

Took the 3 day trail with the understanding that I could cancel the monthly hook up fee . They took the monthly fee with the 3 day trail fee.BEWARE COMPLETE WRIPOFF.

Complete scam. Whatever you do, don’t give them your payment info or they will scam you for a lot more money. I had to cancel my credit card to get out of it. You won’t get what you’re looking for and you’ll get ripped off by the company and their affiliates.

Completely fake. Full of message bots, many of which will "like" you after a visit to their profile. Every account that I viewed did this and ended up liking me multiples time without replying to messages. I cancelled my 1 day subscription (which claimed to cost £1 a day) immediately - but the company behind them, eby2fd.com, has taken €50 from my account anyways. I'll be talking to my bank tomorrow to cut these scammers off.
Ignore the response from this company,
they've now tried to sign me up for a sister shell company called "shagaholics.com", who have taken more money from me. The terms that the claim to have operated under do not mention lock payment for £1 x 40 days - which is what they charged my card AFTER I had cancelled 🤷♂️.
The parent company being based in Hong Kong is hopefully all the warning future readers require.

After a few conversations I decided this site wasn't for me and to cancel the repeat billing.
There was no way to cancel this using the online account - it was necessary to call their (admittedly freephone) number.
Rather than continue until the next billing period, my premium account was cancelled straight away, leaving me with no way to way to contact members.
Maybe the person I spoke to explained what was going to happen is his somewhat rambled spiel, (still seems unfair that I'd paid up to the end of the month, so lost out on three weeks that I'd paid for). Maybe this was in the email that he promised would confirm all this to me, but that never arrived.

Fake Site, fake profiles (google reverse image search will show you where they take most of their photos from).
Do Not give them a card number you will end up having to cancel the card.

Update: posting numerous but dubious " positive reviews" and denying the obvious will not help you avoid the regulatory authorities investigating data protection, trade description and other breaches.
I spent a few days on here until I realised that different women I spoke to all used the same poor English phrases and questions, for example they all said "do you like sex experiments?".
They are all the same person responding under different profiles. Also the profiles use fake photos, I recognised three of them as porn actresses and one died in 2006.
Also hidden in their terms and conditions, which they DO NOT highlight as you take out a temporary membership, is that you will automatically be put on a monthly subscription. I found this out luckily but you are NOT able to cancel this online and have to call them BEFORE the subscription starts. They are based in Bulgaria so goodness knows how much this call cost.
I have also now received an email in my spam folder from ANOTHER dating site associated with this one who say I have a subscription debt to them (I cancelled my card). You will also recieve regular phishing messages, about five per hour telling you you need to verify your membership by clicking a link or you will get a £400 fine, and hundreds of messages from apparently attractive young ladies demanding your Watsapp numbber or Facebook, and we all know where that can go.

This is a dodgy site.... I got taken for more money that I knew about and then refused a refund
I reported this site to netsafe
No you put it in the terms n I never picked any site...you took money without my knowledge and I asked for a refund straight away and you wouldn't give it... this is scam , a smart one by hiding it in the terms n conditions and refuses to give refunds ..different if I used the site but I never did so in my eyes I was tricked to.buying something..I will keep reporting this site so people are aware of the scam... also you say I choose package? I had no idea about the site or the money you took, I had to change my card just in fear of you taking money again without my knowledge

This site is obviously a scam. Most of these reviews are obviously fauls. Trust pilot is doing a terrible job at identifying genuine people from bots themselves.
Pro tip: click on the reviewer and see if they have left balanced reviews on other things. Check region of all these "good" reviews.
In this specifically, trust pilot seems complicit in the promotion of fraud

Don't bother, stupidly I paid for the 1 day trial and immediately became suspicious at the bot like messages I was receiving. Then when I looked into how to cancel the subscription found out I had to make a phone call to a premium number (because of course). Upon phoning the number I was put into contact with a foreign sounding lady whom I could barely understand and who tried to forward on my subscription to another site (which I'm sure she probably did anyway against my consent). After 20 minutes on the phone she told me she'd cancelled my subscription (remember I was still within the 24 hour trial period), checked my email to see a cancellation email, then I checked my profile on the site to see I'd been billed for the coming month too....absolute scam, I'd cancelled before the 24 hours was up and was STILL billed for the coming month.....pretty sure that's fraud
UPDATE: Just attempted to email them to tell them about my situation and try to get a refund and got an automated response email saying the email went in their spam folder, I'll keep you updated
FURTHER UPDATE: got an email response, while I can't get the 20 odd pounds back I have had email verification that I won't be billed again, that's something I suppose
