Very professional service from start to finish, couldn’t have been more helpful. Turned up on time, I didn’t have to lift a finger both men did it all, loaded their van took contents to my daughters and off loaded the garden furniture put it all back together and a large bbq unit. Well worth using these guys, you pay for what you get and you certainly get first class job…go on what you waiting for give them a call. Thanks again.

The guys were great, they just got on with everything themselves loading our goods carefully ensuring no damage came to anything. The guys were kind enough to include a short drop off for some bits at nearby family's. Focussed, honest hard-working guys.

Booked a complicated move, with two separate pickup points, and a long journey at last minute. Got a decent price, fantastic service, and two absolutely amazing guys who just went with the flow and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Guys from Oldham arrived on time. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and got on with the job straight away. They were thorough and did a tidy job and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent from start to finish-they were so efficient and professional at getting in touch with me right from the enquiry stage, explained everything very clearly and made booking the job a very straightforward process. On the day of the move both Frankie and Bill were brilliant, they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Any move is a stressful process but they genuinely made it as stress free as possible-I would recommend them personally and this company overall in a heartbeat!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not even give one star. My mum emailed this company for a quote. I then took over booking the van and we gave a weeks notice. The guy who runs this sounded very professional. Assured me the van would arrive two hours before the time we had to legally vacate the property (1PM). On the day of the move, the van did not arrive. I telephoned at 11.15AM The guy said he thought I had booked for the afternoon. I said I had emailed him the time we had to be out of the house, like he requested. He said he would call back. He then called later to say the van had broken down and he was trying to get a replacement. (I did not believe him) I called him at 12:30PM to say the money has been transferred and we were going to get the key for the house. He said that he was trying to get another van and if there was any problems with late charges he would pay it. We had to fill our cars and move what we could. I called him again and he said he would have a van for 2:30pm - 3PM. The van arrived. The men who were subcontracted said that the 'boss' had forgotten about my booking. The van looked like it was on its last legs. The van left at just after 4PM. As we were still moving stuff out due to the delay we didn't leave the house until 5PM. The 'boss' was on the phone to me asking to be paid. I told him that I wanted it in writing that he would cover any cost issued to us by the buyers solicitors for leaving the house late, like he had told me on the phone. He said that, that was not the way to do business and that if he just wrote this job off we would not be able to claim on his insurance if anything was broken. I told him that as soon as I had an email I would transfer the cash. He sent an email saying that he would sort any issues with the estate agents. I emailed him back saying I wanted confirmation that he would cover any financial claim. He did eventually send an email but after checking, he addressed it to a random person - his way of not being held legally accountable as he did not address it to the correct person. I paid the balance as I was afraid of what he was capable of and obviously had the address of my parents. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

5 star service! We couldn’t have been more impressed by the 5 star service we received from Bill and Spider Mike! They were prompt to arrive and then so fast and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above the call of duty to get our sofa in through a window which they removed and replaced in the blink of an eye! We can’t thank them enough for their incredible care and attention and will definitely be booking them again to complete our move at the beginning of April. These 2 are incredible and real ambassadors for OneMoveHouseRemovals.

Extremely poor, unreliable communication and service. Had to chase for a response all the time and promise was broken. Avoid!

Movers were impolite and careless: they left a large item behind at the pick-up address and had to return to get it after being told, which clearly caused significant delay.

It took over a week to get a response and reassurance that payment could be made by bank transfer, and not cash to the movers on the day. Movers were still demanding cash and the person who managed them was also rough on the phone asking for cash on the day.

Please avoid using this company. Their charge might be on the lower end but the entire process was extremely stressful and frustrating. Not worth it at all. AVOID!
