High shipping costs and no free shipping option.
O'Neill impresses with the quality, showcasing impeccable craftsmanship. However, the shine dims due to high shipping costs and absence of free shipping options. The policy shift, is a step back from the more accessible 100 euros threshold. While the products justify the expense, the heightened shipping costs may deter potential customers, like me. A return to the previous policy could strike a better balance, ensuring O'Neill maintains its reputation for quality without compromising accessibility for all.

I've used the website several times and so far everything always goes as expected. Absolutely no issues.
I hate to leave negative reviews
I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have not received my item yet. Order placed on November 18, shipped on November 20, but to this date November 28 the tracking still shows "Parcel has not yet been handed over". Contacted support on the 23rd and 24th, still have not received any response.
I got the email to leave a review today. I still have gotten no package nor any response, so unfortunately I can only leave a negative review.

Update: After many requests and a paypal reclaim, they finally reached out and refunded the amount requested.
I completely understand that sometimes shipping companies aren't reliable, so everytime that I reached out to oneill I just wanted to get a response such as "we are sorry and we will look into the issue", but they completely ignored all the requests until I finally opened a Paypal Case.
Hence, I am updating the review from 1 star to 3. Oneill customer service should be much more available than it currently is.

The webshop was easy to use, the notifications were clear and correct, the delivery was accurate and fast. Everything was fine.
Zero cost after-sale policy
Bought a suit for my son and after a couple of months it started do lose the outer fabric.
When we showed the suit in the shop they contacted the national distribution and they replied it was due bad usage so they did not replace it. The suit was washed in fresh water after each session and never dried under direct sun. Never again...
