Arrived quickly and thrived

I love their selection. I've ordered dozens of items, fruit trees, berries, probably 3+ dozen. Every package contains vibrant specimens.

Don’t Buy

Upon contacting the company about a plant that did not survive, it never grew or performed at all. There were no roots on the plant at all, a handful of feeder roots were thrown in the bottom of the planter, not even attached to the plant. The companies response or excuse was that they are a small family business and they have a ten day notification policy. Have a feeling that would have changed if the timing was different.
Bottom line…..Do NOT waste your money, time or emotions on this company.

I ordered 2 trees and just ordered 4 more. I saw them post something about being in the running for best nursery in some part of Oregon and I just laughed. I've bought from nurseries all over the country and they are by FAR the best nursery in this great land of ours. I don't know what they're doing but I envision an arboreal Island of Dr. Moreau. I'm sure they make mistakes being that they are human (I guess, although initially I feared they were a thinly veiled front for the Martian invasion). Unless I'm looking for something they don't have I will be using them exclusively.

Sadly, I’d have to rate One Green World pretty low because the plants I ordered were minuscule in supposed 1 Gallon pots. One plant was dead and the other was so small, it’ll take years to fruit.

I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll ever purchase from OGW again. It’s a rip-off.

I'm giving zero stars. It's a horrible shop. No cancellation policy and it takes too much time even for a milk packet... Never trust these people.

Ordering and payment is simple. Communications is excellent. My order arrived one day early, and the trees appear to be in excellent shape. Overall, a 5 star experience. Highly recommend as a supplier.

I ordered 3 elderberry trees from OneGreenWorld, I had read all the great reviews but was sadly disappointed all 3 came in with leaf spot disease the Korsor was the worse all its leaves fell off, the Haschberg had holes all through the leaves when I contacted them the woman talked to me like I was a fool about how that happens during shipping sometime like I've never ordered trees before or am a amateur. The korsor has still not responded but it has put out two new shoots at the base of the cut,since I treated them with fungicide then with beneficial bacteria in the root zone. A lousy cut as well bad grow out on the limbs it would never bear anywhere near where it should.They were all root bound badly had to deal with that as well. A lot of work for plants that should have arrived healthy maybe some people get good service/plants from them I was not one. Maybe its who selects the plants before shipping I guess I got sad sack selecting mine. I paid for air still took 4 days to get here, shipping price outrageous. Almost a second order with the shipping cant see doing business with them again after the crappy trees I got this first time. Whats the point of a good selection if they are sick plants? The korsor if the shoots are strong I'm just going to cut the limbs off and let it grow out from the new shoots. Why they'd send out trees in bad shape like that to a new customer I'll never know I wanted to order some other things from them even with the high ass shipping but if the trees are sick and I've got to groom them to health what's the point that's getting screwed coming and going. I just decided to look else where.

The plants were beautiful, my only problem is that shipping takes way to long. It would also help to combine bareroot trees to save on shipping cost.

One Green World is by far the best company I have ever seen! Their staff is inviting and knowledgeable. Every employee and the owner himself bent over backwards to help me and answer my questions. I could tell they had a real passion for growing edible plants and want to share that passion with everyone that comes into their doors. My four children were warmly welcomed by everyone there, it is refreshing to see an establishment that is accommodating and friendly to young children, we all felt safe and content. In addition to the wonderful people that work there, the store is absolutely inspiring and exciting. I just got lost in the rows of green, while my husband and children loaded up our cart with a little bit of everything! They had every plant I was looking for and even more! We planted all of our trees, bushes, and vines this Spring, and everything looks gorgeous. I can't wait to return to their store this fall to load up on some more goodies!

All plants were packed with care and secure. Very healthy too! My only caveat is the grafted pawpaw seemed to be on the small side.

We ordered specific apple trees from One Green World because I couldn't find them locally. It was a little scary because we live in the Midwest so I wasn't sure they could deliver them to us in good condition. They got here and they looked good, we planted them and they are doing great. I am very pleased with the product.

I would give 5 stars but I take one off because the company could improve on communication with the customer about delivery time and when the product was shipped.

Plants looked pretty good. They were a little lanky and had a couple dead branches/leaves but for the most part I was pleased with them.

Took a fantastic class on how to care for and harvest wasabi plants, and received a wasabi start at the end. Thank you!

All plants received were in great condition, in pots doing great.

Happy after my first order. I ordered a schisandra and male and female strawberry vines. They were all healthy and beautiful. And packed so cleverly and well they suffered no damage. My go to place now. Best plants I ever received by mail.

One pawpaw tree is thriving, the other arrived with the tap root curving around the pot. I was undereducated about pawpaws, and only recently learned that it shouldn't have been sent like that. 4 stars only because it could have been an honest mistake. Sent an email and no reply yet.

UPS lost my shipment. Their customer service was speedy and they had a new shipment out to me in no time.

Plants look great, packaging was secure, these are some of the best mail order plants I've ever received.
