ai id verification that takes ages, only to fail

need to take a picture three times before it registers your id/license, wasting your time in between them, while it's transmitting&scanning. then you have to go through that horrible process again for the back and your face only for their weak ai to fail verification. i went through this entire process again to no avail aed a third time but with my driving license instead of my id and it also failed. wasted a lot of my time.
