This is a good service especially when you need to have tests that GP’s won’t do. I found the customer support team to be very friendly and very helpful and it was nice to be able to chat to an actual person! The only negative was that I found the actual injection to be a bit rushed and it hurt which they don’t normally and I was very bruised afterwards. Other than that a good service.

I went to the clinic in York and was really pleased with the service, how easily the blood nurse took my bloods despite having issues when the NHS do it, and also how quick the turnaround was!

The one day tests are absolutely fantastic from start to finish. So easy to book a date so efficient the blood tests were taken at york and all the results back the following day it couldn't have been better I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting blood results and the information given was in great detail but in such a format it was so easy to understand 5 stars from me .
