Aside from location, excellent prompt and friendly service.

Welcomed from start to finish. Very professional and friendly.
Chatted while bloods were taken and left feeling very happy and relaxed.

I was amazed at how smooth the process was from ordering the test to booking and attending a local clinic to have my blood drawn the results did indeed come back 1-2 days. Accessing the data was easy and downloading the pdf to take to my GP. The service I received online and in clinic was informative, friendly and pleasant. I don't usually source anything healthcare/medical online but when hitting dead ends with the GP over testing it broadened my approach and even though I was skeptical it worked out really well for me. I would definitely recommend one day tests to anyone wanting to know more about their health and wellbeing especially now NHS healthcare can be a bit of a postcode lottery of wether they will test you for different things and I was informed that if any tests highlighted anything that there were people in the clinic I could speak to about it. The blood draw took less than 10 minutes after making sure all my details were correct and a health questionnaire filled out. I got a fair range of appointments available for that day from 30 minutes from the time of booking up to nearly 2pm (I assumed these times where already booked after this). Honestly cannot fault the company or the process. I would definitely use them again if I get stuck in my primary care pathway!

After a high blood pressure test at the doctors, I decided to get a complete set of blood tests rather than waiting for the snail paced NHS. I could have had an appointment the same day but decided on 2 days time. A very experience professional took my blood, which I could barely feel. Results were available 24 hrs later. It was very easy to see the results that had issues, and the online interface was really easy to use. It provides information about what high & low results can mean. It was money well spent for the peace of mind it gave me. Highly recommend this service. I used the Plymouth clinic.

The phlebotomist lady was very friendly and professional. She put me at ease. I was in and out in 5 min. I received my results the next day in several emails. Extremely efficient service. I set up my account.Also all the results and explanations are on my dashboard. Can recommend the service 100%!

Everything was quick and efficient, and the nurse who took my blood was extremely kind and professional, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Excellent Experience. A "walk in" for a simple blood sample & Chloresterol Test. Highly Recommended

NB: I tried doing an "At home" test via an online application & postal return. Was very stressful & also very difficult to do. They needed 2 vials filled with blood to be able to test. Very problematic- Mine came back with "Insufficent Sample size"
Was a complete waste of money & time.

Blood draw was available about 10 minute drive from home. No wait, done in a few minutes. Results started arriving within 24 hours.

Fantastic service, from meeting the nurse in Plymouth for the test to the speed of results and then the prompt video chat with the doctor. I got more info in three days than all year from my GP. I highly recommend it if it's in budget.

Really great every step of the way. The booking lady was helpful, the woman who did the blood test was really kind. It was for a child and their first experience of having blood taken and it couldn't have been more positive. Great.

I had a one day cholesterol test done, as I travel full time in a motorhome and as I’m 60 .+ felt it wise, the test was easy at a place and time suited to me, I was staying at a site near Plymouth and had the test in town centre, got the results in 24 hours and I easily understood them, so all good 👍
