I had a fantastic experience with One Day Tests Newcastle Clinic. Bridie took my bloods and was extremely friendly, super fast, and I literally didn't feel a thing! My veins are usually really difficult to find and its generally quite a painful process but Bridie had no problem whatsoever, the whole thing was really quick and completely painless I couldn't believe it! Plus my results came through the next day! I'm so impressed and will definitely be coming back for all my blood tests in the future.

The entire process from start to finish was so easy they ensured I understood what I was getting done and was so lovely and kind would recommend to anyone

Booking time was spot-on, no waiting around.
Receptionist very pleasant, professional, a credit to her employer, and surprisingly, she was also the phlebotomist.
I hardly felt her taking blood samples. - Top class.
To round it all off, the office called a taxi for me.

The phlebotomist was lovely. Very professional but friendly. I actually never felt a thing and didn’t bruise like I usually do after a blood test. She explained how the results would be set out. The results came back very quickly and were easy to understand

The experience was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, but also seriously good at their job. I can be very difficult to get blood from but they did it with ease and also gave me pointers to give my phlebotomist for when I get tests in future. They were also stunningly quick, the time between first booking my test and receiving all my results was 4 days. The option given to discuss test results was also very nice to have, even if I did not personally need it.

Genuinely the best phlebotomy experience I've had in all the time I've needed them. I have zero faults. Five stars.

From start to finish, the process could not have been better. The customer service was very prompt and helpful. The phlebotomist (Bridie) at the Newcastle clinic was one of the kindest, most patient and helpful practitioner I’ve ever encountered and made the whole process comfortable. I would highly recommend.
