Really easy to do
Lady who did bloods was really informative and explained everything beforehand and after on what to expect
The results literally all came through the next day and was really clear to understand
I will definitely be doing this every year to keep on top of my health

Technician was very good, she gave proper info regarding tests. My veins are thin but it didn't hurt at all.

Everything went smoothly and I got my results sooner than expected. I received many Emails keeping me informed about the process.
I had a blood test at a clinic from someone who was very professional and put me at ease.

Everything as you would want with a private blood test. Lovely location (park outside the building!), staff great, phlebotomist was excellent in skills and manner. No negatives here. Results were next day so quicker than expected. Will be using again. Thanks

I have to say Michelle did a great job of making my first venous blood testing experience plain sailing! Despite considering myself relatively proactive health-wise, I was admittedly very apprehensive at first because there was a level of anxiety in not having done any bloodwork for years and not knowing what might come up, but she picked up on this and was very calming, professional and re-assuring throughout the entire test. I'll for sure be back in a few months time to see if any markers have moved and if so, how.

I would give more stars if I could. The phlebotomist in Liverpool was fabulous, and I got my results much more quickly than I expected as it was the weekend.

Requested a B12 absorption test . I am aged 79 on high doses of metformin and have gastric problems, all things that stop absorption of B12. The test results showed they had tested for active B12 in the blood stream which was available for absorption, not the B12 test I needed . All this was explained when I booked the test and eas told to the lady who took my blood.

Great service both online and in person. Got my extensive results back within 2 days even on a bank holiday weekend.

Booked test on line, was a little bit apprehensive never using this service before, but the experience was brilliant, Michelle the phlebotomist was excellent, I would definitely recommend this service , Michelle was so friendly and helpful.

Booked online. Test next morning. Results in 3 days. No worrying wait for the NHS one which was scheduled for 3 weeks at the earliest. Gave me control of my health. Not really expensive either considering the speed of the service.

It was really easy to book online. Great communication and clear instructions. I attended Rodney Street in Liiverpool, my phlebotomist was Michelle. I was made to feel very comfortable, didn't even feel the needle going in. Michelle explained what would happen with the test, when to expect results and even showed me how the results would look on my account. Brilliant experience, wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
